5 /5 Tracy Lavino: Ive been going to River City Dentistry for over a year and Im so happy with them! The staff is great at pain prevention and they are always professional and prepared. The services are affordable. What I like the most is how nice everyone is. The dentist speaks so nicely to his assistants. The place is great! Theyve made my dental care pleasant, no anxiety!

5 /5 rebecca woods: They have a beautiful office with the latest technology. Every single staff member was absolutely fantastic. It was obvious they were enjoying their jobs and working together. The dentist I saw had a great personality and spent quality time. Although it was just a routine checkup. I would highly recommend using this dental practice. The bonus is that they continue to take new patients while so many others do not.

4 /5 Carol Ruggiero: Everyone at the office was very nice and explained the different procedures well. As a new patient, I was somewhat disappointed to find that neither of the doctors that I read about were there and that I wasn’t told that ahead of time. The doctor we both saw was knowledgeable and very nice. Also the technician that handled my X-ray and the other imaging did seem like she was pretty new at it because it took so long for her to do it. My husband and I came in at the same time. I went in before him and he was done well before me. The hygienist was very good.

From the moment I walked in, everyone was kind and welcoming, which immediately helped ease my nerves. The staff was friendly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire appointment. The doctor was especially great—he took his time, explained everything to me calmly, and didn’t rush through anything. That really helped me feel more at ease. Overall, it was a pleasant visit, and I truly appreciate the care and patience they showed me.

5 /5 Susan Miller: Just went to 2nd cleaning!!! Still VERY happy with this office!. Prompt, clean and every one polite and smiling!!!! Great customer service. Amazing the dentist didnt find reasons to charge me more!! From the moment you step in the door you are welcomed. Even a little plaque welcoming you with your name on it. Spaces and clean. Susan the hygienist explained every step and did a through cleaning . DR came in and looked at trays and mouth and explained what he saw. Not once was I pressured into purchasing anything nor did they claim I needed unnecessary work. This has happen to me in the past several times. Check out a breeze and sorry forgot her name but so pleasant and honestly cheerful. The whole office is this way!!! Will be seeing them again and bringing in my 82 yr old mother.
