1 /5 Renee Williams: When I first visited Sage Dental on 9 April 2025, the front office staff was professional and greeted me with smiles. The dentist and the tech were knowledgeable and genuinely caring. On my second visit on 30 April 2025, the office staff, as usual, were professional and greeted me with smiles. I waited less than ten minutes in the waiting room before I was called to the back by a staff member named Shade who greeted me and told me what exam room to go to. I sat down, she informed me that the dentist would be with me. I sat in the exam chair at 12:10 PM and was in the room alone until 12:35 PM. At that point, I got out of my seat and hollered to someone to find out what was wrong. All of a sudden, Shade appears and asks whats wrong. I replied, Is there something wrong? I have been waiting to be seen for 25 minutes.
Then, her persona changed as if she were Bipolar." She rudely said, I Told You The Dentist Will Be Here!" I could not believe my ears. I said, Excuse me! Who Do You Think You Are Talking To!
She replied, You!" I said, I want to speak to a manager and at that time, another staff member came over and inquired, How can I help? I stated, You cant! I proceeded to the front desk and reported Shade. The front desk person was shocked at what I told her and apologized profusely. (Mr. Michael M. Morgan, DMD), if you dont train the back of the facility employees customer service etiquette, the business you have worked so hard to bring to fruition and become successful will be closed.
Gravely Disappointed,
Ms. Renee Williams, Tavares, Florida
