5 /5 Sonja Ahrens: My hygienist Morgan is excellent. She is very kind, personable, and very gentle. The office is clean and so far this has been my second visit this year and no complaints. They do take you in on time so that’s definitely nice. I like the fact that they don’t inundate you with reminders of your appointments but still make sure that they send a text message or email. They don’t push or try to oversell you on unnecessary services so the honest approach is awesome.

From the super kind and helpful front desk to the hygienist Lourdes that treated me like family, to the wonderful Doctor Jeannie Olivo. The comprehensive exam and cleaning was so extremely thorough, detailed and so informative. I couldn’t believe the level of professionalism I experienced. Thank you so much!!!

5 /5 Christys TV: I had a good experience at this dentist. They have all the latest technology and everyone working there was very pleasant. They go over pricing with you in advance. Doctor Olivo was awesome and very gentle with my tooth extraction. I will have to get more work done, But I’m at ease knowing I have a great team working on my smile.

5 /5 Ilene Leefer: Had a fabulous experience as a first timer in this office and I credit that to Lourdes Gross, dental hygienist. Extremely knowledgeable, she explained everything that she did and what she observed with my teeth. I was VERY impressed. She was also very thorough. She spent a ton of time with me and I couldn’t believe how clean my teeth were. I did not have much interaction with the dentist. She went over the work that I need and was pleasant. I do not have dental insurance and this office offers a dental plan that I will be taking advantage of.

5 /5 Dan Keane: My experience at West Lakes was fantastic, the staff is very friendly and efficient. I was told how long my appointment would be and I was out the door 5 minutes early. Very nice facility, I was well taken care of. Could not be happier with the service!
