1 /5 bethany moto: 0/10 experience. I would highly recommended a second opinion on dental work they said needs to be done. I was told I need crowns, a root canal, & a deep cleaning. I got a second opinion from a more reputable dentist in winter park and was told I just needed a few cavity fillings and a regular cleaning. They clearly only want to make money off you. The staff on more than one occasion was very unprofessional as well. Save yourself a poor experience and spend the money elsewhere.

1 /5 Danielle White: Horrible experience. I will be reporting this facility to the better business bureau and board of dentistry. You cannot force someone to do a more expensive procedure as a deep cleaning. As someone who works in healthcare and the insurance industry, you cannot take advantage of individuals. The Dentist was very condescending. I advised I only wanted to do a standard cleaning that is covered under dental my insurance plan. Despite the negative reviews for this facility I decided to give this dental practice a try as I recently found out my original practice is not considered out of network. I will be returning to my original dental provider and would prefer to pay out of pocket and work with professional providers. I do not recommend this place to anyone as they will force you to pay for extra treatments that are not mandatory. Another thing that irritated me is that they charged me $55 and the machine did not work. Thankfully I was able to get a refund for that oral screening.

5 /5 Dave Witt: I haven’t decided on any actual dental work yet so I’m going to have to refrain from posting on that. However, the front office staff and my nurse (assistant?) were all terrific. Extremely helpful with various suggestions on my options for payment as well as the healthcare itself. Right now I’m leaning towards using the doctors here, will make up my mind in the next several days. But if you’re looking for a place that won’t push you into anything and just explain it all in simple terms so you understand what you’re getting into or choosing this is the place.

1 /5 Winnie Downton: Websites sucks. You go online to book an appointment, since they appear to offer online booking, but they force you to let them text you to be able to create an appointment. Who does this help? How does this make things easier? If I wanted to make an appointment by reaching out through phone, I wouldve called. I went to the website to book an appointment THROUGH THE WEBSITE. Im so tired of companies having this obsession with adding tedious processes to booking that make what should be a simple and short process long and requiring multiple devices. It wouldnt show me any available appointments, either, requiring permission to text me for me to see them. As if we all dont get enough spam texts already. I dont want my dentist texting me, so I closed the tab and looked for a different dentist. I got a text from Sage Dental a few minutes later anyway, despite never agreeing to the texts. Curious how my permission wasnt even necessary.
