5 /5 Denise Martin: Today was my first time at this clinic and must say i had a good experience the doctor seemed so caring he seem like he remembered why he became a doctor in the first place i saw doctor SCUTERI BRYAN. He is a cool guy and he seems to really care about his patients.. i would love to keep coming back to this office.

1 /5 Mohammed Kalam: They basically deprive you of medical care to keep an agreement with insurance. They do everything to limit your quality of care and make care more difficult. They claim they lower costs but they have malicious intent. They push patients to ensure the patient does not get the care they need. If you had a bunch of medical issues that you saw specialists for, the PCP will say stuff like why see all these specialists? And you do not need all these medications. Its basically comments to get rid of medication. A PCP doctor has their area of expertise and specialists have theirs. They also prevent other doctors from contacting their doctors making them go through customer service like patients instead. This really limits the quality of care.

1 /5 Hotch: Very nice front desk, medical assistant, and non-medical staff. It seems like they are really trying to get up and running smoothly being a new center. However, Virginia Goodwin, APRN has some of the WORST bedside manners that Ive experienced in my life. If thats important to you, avoid her.

1 /5 Tameria Vickerson: Worse place ever! SO many mistakes that I am having to take time to fix. Ill never step foot in there ever again. I will report them to the State and do a BBB complaint. Time to find a new doctor who is competent. Stay away from Sanitas.

1 /5 Marie Castelli: Im a new patient that Blue Cross set me up with because my Dr practice closed last month and I called them to make the appointment last month well my appointment is today and no one ever emailed me or called me to confirm my appointment.had to do confirmation myself appointm because they failed to reach out to their new patient. #1. #2. Brand new location barely up and running the office staff doesnt have access to certain things and there are a ton of office staff no one knows anything they are all learning. So the medical assistant gets me weighs me does my chart very through....she is the only reason Im adding to my review and changing the rating the stars all belong to her Id give her 10 if I could, then I think a Dr that Blue Cross assigned me is now in the room to pick up where my old doctor left off back in May which was just to establish w a new PCP and med management.... So what did they ask me questions about? They were asking my pain level today like I was a walk in looking for pain killers junkie...thats when I knew I was in trouble no one knew what my medicine was and what I was taking it for. When I left there they still had no clue why I was there, no one ever asked me why I made an appointment with them once I was in the room... When I left there I was told no doctors work there right now so I need to remake an appointment with the Dr if I want my medicine refilled for 3 months. No one there could do what I showed up there that day to do.. my referral I was told that they handed me said I was at a st Pete location when I was at a Largo location so even that form that they handed to me they assumed was correct because they didnt read it after it printed out. Ive been having questions all day as to how they can get away with me showing up to see my doctor but not rescheduling me as soon as they knew I wasnt seeing the Dr that Blue Cross Assigned me to. And now I need to go back there not in December like Im supposed to but next week. Well no sorry I showed up the Dr I was assigned to did not.. not my problem the referral was no good cause it had wrong address from ordering location because I should not be registered with St pete and if I am registered in St Pete I never got that information. This was indeed the WORST health care visit of my entire life Im 55 not 25 I feel so bad for the elderly who are counting on their meds to keep them alive figuring out that they cant fill their meds yesterday cause no Dr was working there ... They can only have 7 days then they have to go right back there to see the Dr again. Dont even try and call the doctor ever because you will only get the company who puts messages in the computer they dont patch you through and they cant fix anything or barely speak the English language. Good luck this place gave me a literal nervous breakdown because I feel safe knowing I have a DR and knowing who they are. Technically Ive been without a ,Dr but paying for one August 1st. This place tells me I have one blue Cross tells me I got this Dr named Brian. Thats news to me because I never received anything stating thats my Drs name. I dont know what Im doing but Ill never step foot in there again unless they fix my mess they created. This is no beautiful place either its in a strip mall connected to a fast food steak and cheese sandwich shop and a grocery store. This is the way our country is ending up. Strip mall crap with the customer service representatives who dont speak fluid English or live in the USA in charge of your health....you cant call your doctors office ever directly if you trust your health and lives to these people. Please dont be surprised that you cant get your meds filled here and if you have an hmo they will tell you a lie that you can go to another office and see a dr in their St Pete location, they said its still covered because we can see anyone in the group. Thats not what blue cross confirmed today, they said I must see who they have down listed
