1 /5 J W: Husband is a disabled veteran and was treated so rude and condescending by the dark haired lady at the front desk. When she refused to help him and tried to get him to go away, he stated he would not be coming back. Her response was thats fine. They obviously need to do something about the attitude of the front staff, especially since they are the first face patients see. Unacceptable, and we will not be returning.

5 /5 Linda D Maguire: My PC doc is excellent. The young lady who checked me in was rude. She let me stand at the desk without acknowledging my presence for several minutes while she was on her computer, then finally asked me my name without ever looking in my direction. She did the same thing when I was trying to check out and needed to make a follow up appointment; she asked me when I need to come back without looking at me. She did however smile at me when she handed me the appointment card and told me to have a good day. Go figure!

5 /5 Jan S.: My husband & I were very impressed with our experience at Woodbine. It was our first visit there. Michael took his time with us - we never felt rushed. I think he spent at least 45 minutes with us & we loved the fact that we could have a shared appointment. Hes thorough & kind. He even laughed at my stupid jokes! Super easy to talk to. Were very happy to have him for our new primary care provider.

5 /5 Holley Edward “Ed”: The waiting area was nice and clean. The receptionist was friendly. The Doctor was great and asked and answered all my questions. Doctor Levaugh took his time to listen to me instead of just refilling my prescription and sending me on my way like some doctors Ive seen.

Battles III: From the directions on how to prepare for my MRI to the reception at the facility to being greeted by the Technician Mike, through the procedure and wrap up it was a very pleasant and thorough experience obviously by very competent people. I’m an Engineer and after the MRI I had a bunch of questions to Mike on the necessary of the noise and he took the time to update me on the Machines and the various types and further impressed me with his time. All good and would definitely go again.

Debborah Fisher: Appointment as a new patient today, 10/28/24@ 4pm. I provided my address 5 different times on the new patient forms & after I left the ofc I noticed my address from 7 yrs ago was on my paperwork. The young man at the registration desk did not verify my address to what was in the system after my forms were returned to him with my current information. I do not know where he accessed my 7 yr old address. Not efficient registration by him after I filled out all the forms with current information. The Dr. Was Great!! He removed wax successfully from both ears. He was very friendly & had excellent bedside manner.

I. Charron: WARNING***** if you were referred to this office by your PCP or insurance company read this first****Last week, my mother had an appointment with this cardiologist. My mother had an EKG done at the office that made her look like a medical anomaly, and the Doctor never questioned whether the EKG was done Correctly, Instead he proceeded to have my mom do bloodwork and chest x-ray, and schedule an echo, it seemed that he wanted the EKG to be abnormal so he could justify billing the insurance company for all the extra stuff. I wonder how many people have been, taken advantage of or are being put on medication they don’t need to be put on. The following day I went to a Carespot Urgent Care to get a repeat EKG. The EKG came out normal. The reason the EKG came out normal is that they have the medical knowledge and the common sense to takeoff her Apple Watch, made her lay down and remove her bra before proceeding with an EKG. None of those things were done at this cardiologists office

I have been seeing Dr. Johnson for over 25+ years, and I consider myself a lucky person to be one of his patients. Dawn, Dr. Johnson’s MA, is very kind,. She makes you feel comfortable while offering a friendly demeanor as she sets the tone for a positive visit with Dr. Johnson. The front office staff, Megan and Jacque are as sweet as you can ever have to receive you at a physician’s office. They are kind, welcoming, and friendly. I have also watched them work together and they are spot on a good team. These young ladies are the best Thank You All.
