1 /5 August Specht: So disappointed at what has happened to this once very caring and compassionate small business. I’ve been going here since 2016 and they become rude and disinterested and cold. I had an emergency with my car today and I’m afraid to drive it any kind of distance and they had zero interest in helping me. I called fire stone and Stuart and I said absolutely no problem. Now, I don’t know if I’m gonna make it and I hope I don’t get stuck and stop rush-hour traffic. If I do, I’m sorry, but it’s because of Shaffer automotive.
I just broke down again short of the drawbridge crossing in the Stuart. I’m charging the battery and thinking how much no one should ever go to Shaffer automotive again. It’s too bad because I’d really like to support small businesses but fire stone is also owned by local franchise so I guess that’s a better option as they’re absolutely cooperating with me.
Now the battery died again north of Monterey. I was only a mile from Shaffer but six from Firestone. So, my son and I are sitting on the side of the road charging the Honda from the VW.
Please note how Shaffer treats public school teachers.
