Mrs. Betty Quero: Had to take my mother in to the Emergency room. She was placed on the hallway due to the overflow of patients. Therefore I had the advantage of seeing everyone in action. My mother received exceptional attention and the staff is marvelous, professional and work in harmony like a fine tune piano. Unfortunately there is one bad apple in the bunch which should not spoil the image of the rest. While a nurse is asking questions to a patient to assess her awareness; a nurse walks up an makes a derogatory and extremely rude political remark. In my opinion this nurse lacks the respect and professionalism that the rest of the staff demonstrates to uphold. This is a hospital where people come to receive care regardless of political beliefs, color, race, sexual preference or religion. Attach is a picture of this nurse so you will not be surprised of her performance if you ever have to deal with her.

Dr Lane Jason is a fantastic doctor and he really took the time to see whats really going on with me and what can help me get better. Kia & Shelly has been so lovely, patient, and attentive. William at the front was very helpful with scheduling a new appointment and for other information. And, Sasha from the pharmacy was great and very nice. All the people I mentioned has A plus customer service and dedication to what they do. Very professional. Will definitely keep coming and will recommend this location. Thank you Care Resource

Rocio Rodriguez: My experience with Sanitas Medical Clinic was incredibly disheartening and ultimately led to severe health consequences. I was in desperate need of an appointment with my urologist due to ongoing kidney issues, but the clinics poor management and inadequate resources proved to be a major obstacle in receiving the necessary care. Sanitas failed to provide me with a referral to see my specialist because there were no available appointments and their telehealth system was malfunctioning. As a result, my condition worsened, forcing me to be admitted to the hospital. Had the clinic been better equipped and organized, this entire situation could have been avoided, saving me from a great deal of pain and suffering and it cost me way more to be hospitalized than the copayment I would have paid my Urologist. Sanitas Medical Center should be held responsible for paying my hospital bill due to their negligence. I will be seeking advise from my attorney. I strongly advise against seeking medical assistance from Sanitas Medical Clinic. Their lack of adequate resources, poor communication, and inability to provide proper care demonstrate a severe lack of concern for their patients well-being. I am extremely disappointed with the treatment I received, and I hope others will take this as a warning to seek care elsewhere. Needless to say I will no longer continue to seek medical attention with them. Florida Blue needs to look into this.

nelly morales: This place is horrible they have no idea what they are doing, they gave medication to a patient when they were allergic to The medication and the staff so worried about getting their coffee warm that they don’t care about the patients. They tried to deny treatment for none use of a mask until they found out that there is a lawsuit in place. They are irresponsible and the nurse has NO CLUE what she is doing so be wear with the blood work.

Scott Boston: Don’t waste your time with this practice. I tried to switch to Dr. Dunhill as my primary care physician. He canceled our first appointment (he was ill) and I could not get a new appointment for two weeks. They called me today and canceled my rescheduled Friday appointment (he wants to leave early). I asked the Centralized scheduling center if I could speak to someone in the practice and they transferred me to his Patient Care Coordinator, Alyssa, and she told me that next available appointment for new patients is January 20th (47 days away)! And he only is willing to see new patients on certain days. I said “well, he has now canceled two of those days and can you get me in sooner given this happened two times already. She said “No.” I told her that I had prescriptions needing renewal and she said “he won’t fill them unless you are an established patient.” I said I have been trying for over a month now and he has canceled twice and would have been an “established patient.” She said there was nothing she could do but in the meantime I could try to see another physician. I said “well that does that get me “established” with him, does it?” She said “No!” No problem solving. No concern with service after canceling twice and no sense of urgency about correcting what they have done. I asked her what would you do if this were you and she said “probably find another practice.” She did not get the irony that her job is supposedly about caring for the patient experience. But her advice is well taken. I see lots of client posts from this practice over poor service but it really appears they never do anything about it other than give canned responses. I would stay far away from this practice and he should not be accepting new patients if he has zero desire to see them.

Jon B: The website, along with the doctors attached, needs to be clear on what they offer. I booked an appointment for a pre-op evaluation with ekg & x-ray and was told AFTER scheduling the appointment which was mentioned to the operator, arriving/checking in with the imaging order to the receptionist, getting a physical exam before seeing the doctor, and talking to Dr. Pham (which by the way explained everything thoroughly) only to be told they dont do these type of evaluations. The lines of communication need to be more effective!
