3 /5 Ashley Smith: I walked in wanting a full acrylic set. I was greeted kindly by the girl up front. Then sandy came over while I was looking at the colors I explained how I wanted OPI’s “funny bunny” she had no idea what I was saying. Luckily the front desk girl knew exactly though. Now I understand this is an opaque color, anytime any other nail tech has used this color they do 3 light sheer coats of the color to get it even. That was not the case unfortunately and also the acrylic is uneven. While painting she flooded my cuticles and didn’t care to clean them up before curing my nails. It was just very unfortunate as I’m new to Vero and am looking for a consistent place to go. This however won’t be it. Also the gel polish has already chipped on one nail.
EDIT ON 1/6/25. Yesterday afternoon I got a local call from a number I do not know but I answered and it was this nail salon. I think my review was honest and yet still kind. Now that my private phone number is being used to Harass me for a better review I’m livid. I didn’t even bother listening I hung up. If you think that is the way to get a customer to come back you are highly wrong. That was violating my privacy and It made me feel so uncomfortable. Respond on the google review publicly do not go in your system find someone’s phone number to then call and complain or harass or try to sway my already made opinion based on your employees/owners poor work! I’m so disturbed by this encounter and I will never be going back there again and will be sure to tell others about this occurrence.
