My dental hygienist Laura was AMAZING , kind educated and calmed my dental anxiety ! Explained every single part of my experience and that helped so much! Dr Gibbs was so awesome as well! She respected and treated her staff amazing! She was also very thorough and took her time explaining everything ! I will be recommending everyone I know who is need of a dentist to this practice! Also very very clean which is a big pro for me!

The work she and her team did on me exceeded my expectations. I had just about given up all hope on ever having a nice smile again, but this place changed all of that for me.

The entire Smiles team, including, the receptionist, hygienist, dental assistants and dentist - were all friendly, attentive and caring. They took the time to explain everything they did, asked me if I had any questions or concerns and went about their tasks in a highly professional manner. What more could anyone ask for?

1 /5 Raquel Pitcher: Today was my last time with smiles. Im very upset about it because I really like Dr. Gibbs. But I will not have their hygienists dictate my dental care. 3 yrs ago I went there for the first time and the hygienists recommended for me to get periodontal treatment for 1 tooth that was as they said was a 4, but the rest of my gums are healthy. I asked today since I just came here 6 months ago and get charged 80 dollars for this can we just do it 1 time a year. They said no because its already in my chart so it will be illegal for the hygienists to not do it. This is ridiculous. So because of the hygienists I cant get care from The Dentist?? I do not have or ever had periodontal disease. But because one of their hygienists that is not there any more put this on my chart I cant get it off. I am very upset like I said Dr. Gibbs is a great dentist but now I will go elsewhere.

Stacey makes sure to call in advance of your appointment time to make sure you’re all set. I don’t think I’ve ever waited in the lobby too long before my service begin which is a huge difference between this office and other offices I’ve attended. 10/10 would recommend.

Jan: I love Dr. Jacobs. This is my second year as a patient at his practice. He is so meticulous about the work that he does. He explains the reasoning behind his decisions and he gives you enough knowledge, guidance and autonomy to make informed decisions about how you want him to proceed. I appreciate that. I also like that he is the only dentist in the practice, so he is familiar with me as a patient and I have come to know his style and what to expect. The assistants and front staff are kind and accommodating. I feel heard when I approach them with concerns.

Doyen Service: Mandibular tori (tori is extra bone that occurs in your mouth) makes it highly uncomfortable to take X-rays. Finding Paulina and Thao who both take X-rays without discomfort is extremely rare and heaven-sent. From the moment you enter, Christina at the front is warm and friendly. Within minutes they take you back for my appointment, every time. I have had several accidents in my lifetime, so Paulina always places a rolled towel near my backside and provides a neck pillow to support my neck. Always has a kind word and places Vaseline on lips upon request. Dr. Thai Nong is exceptionally gentle, and I respect his opinions. He has a customer for life. I have recommended him to my church, neighbours and friends.

I felt very comfortable with her. The office staff was extremely professional as well. The only reason less than 5 stars was that I wasn’t seen until almost 1 hr after my appointment time. Although it was worth the wait, I am providing feedback hoping the office can improve on the scheduling.
