5 /5 Joanne Gossett: I am genuinely terrified of dentists. But Dr. Walters office was different than any other than I have been to in the past. The staff was professional and friendly. We got through the paperwork quickly and I didnt have to wait. This was great for my blood pressure and my anxiety level. He has the best little stress relievers a dental office could offer besides Novocain or gas. He was friendly, honest and very to the point. I like that in a doctor. We made a plan and they submitted it. Im going back! I highly recommend Smiletastic Family Dentistry and Dr. Walters to care for the oral health of my family and yours!!

2 /5 Karicia Rodriguez: I had an appointment last week with my 10-year-old daughter and was satisfied, she got x-rays done with zero dollars out of pocket. Today I show up with my 13-year-old daughter and the receptionist stated the doctor requires a panoramic x-ray that will be $105 out of pocket. One day there’s NO out-of-pocket charge and not even a week later there’s out-of-pocket charges for an x-ray.please explain that to me. Both of my daughters have the same dental insurance. I left very dissatisfied. Just a fair warning, I waited four months for this appointment and it was a complete waste of my time this morning. Please work on your communication. They claim to have called me Friday, but I never received a call nor a voicemail. Thank you for your services.

5 /5 JoAnne: Honestly... after reading a couple of reviews I was nervous going in. But my initial appointment was scheduled for July and they had a cancellation so I took it. Walking in, the waiting room was spotless and the television was on with the volume at a good level. I was greeted with a smile and everyone in the reception area was very friendly, outgoing and welcoming. My Hygienist was very friendly and professional and had a great sense of humor. Something I havent seen in a Doctors office, except for a Psychologist office, were dogs. Dr. T and his wife have 3 very well trained poodle mix dogs. This made me feel very much at ease. There are appointments that I dont bring my S.A. to because I need to have complete control at all times. My anxiety level was not good so I didnt want her becoming a weighted blanket in a dental chair or having her trying to drag me to a safe corner or out the door. Dr. T had a little dog that kept coming to my chair like he/she knew I was nervous. This alone deserves merit! Dr. T is awesome! He was thorough about everything. He had them take my blood pressure and he went through every single medication I took and asked a lot of questions about why I was taking them. He was so honest about my treatment plan and I am eager to move forward. I think its foolish to say something mean about a man just because he doesnt tell you what you want to hear. My husband will be making an appointment soon. There isnt a number high enough to score Dr. T and his staff. They are just awesome people!

5 /5 Melissa Berry: I always had problems going to dentist, they would always say something that I needed to do and it wasn’t and it would be something else and again and again and again, I got traumatized and lost faith, but when I got to experience Smiletastic was a whole different thing, even though I have some work to do they try to help to find the best solution and in the affordable way, I got my hope back , plus the staff are amazing , they make you feel comfortable and they give you that feeling that it is gonna be ok . Iam grateful for Smiletastic .

5 /5 Sharon Clift: Dr. Walters is very thoughtful and personable. He took the time to put me at ease, asked pertinent questions and then explained the process. The staff is pleasant, upbeat and competent. The office is spotless,comfortable and easy to get to.
