I had some time to kill and was going to take a walk when I saw this shop. So I thought that getting a fresh haircut would be a nice surprise for my wife while she was busy. I took a shot and the barber said they don’t take walk-ins (very understandable) but he asked me what the situation was. After I told him, he thought for a second and after I told him my simple haircut, he squeezed me in and gave me a super clean haircut in no time at all. My wife loved it. Awesome shop, I’m happy I ran into it. My haircut is simple, but the guy before me looked like a more complicated job and he left looking super fresh. If you’re in Lake City and need a good barber, this is the place to go.

Hairs Mower Parts & Repair - Lake City Charles E. Apple Jr: I purchased a small used mower from them. They said that they had fixed it for another customer, but that custmer never picked it up. Key phrase, they said that they fixed it. I paid over 100.00 for it. I used it once a week or so later to cut my sisters yard. It cut fine for a few minutes. It then started sputtering and pouring out black smoke. I let it cool down and tried it again. It work ok for a few minutes. But then started sputtering and pouring out black smoke again. I kept letting it cool off so i could try to finish the small yard. I realized that the piston rings were worn out and allowing the oil to leak into the cylinder and burn when the engine got hot. I took the mower back to Hairs. They told me it was an "as is " purchase, which I was not told when I purchased it. They would not refund my purchase price. They neither offered to look at it and fix it to stand by their work and product. So I lost over 100.00 on a bad mower I used once and they would not stand by their work. To me that was almost dishonest the way they handled it. I will never use them again and I dont recommend them to anyone else. They are not customer friendly and do not stand by their work.

Cut above the rest hair studio - Arcadia Maureen Cribbs: I showed pictures of what I wanted. And in not even one of the pics are the ears showing. My ears are cut around. It’s waaaaay shorter than what I asked for. I won’t be returning. It looks awful. I may have to get a wig. That’s how ridiculously short it is. It’s embarrassing. I’m completely dissatisfied and furious. It’s going to take six months or more for me to be able to do anything with it. In the meantime I have to walk around looking very butch. Not the look I was going for.

Cutting Edge - Arcadia Pat Wilson: I am a snowbird from Ohio spending the winter in Arcadia FL and I could not go all winter without a hair trim. The Cutting Edge was recommended by a friend and I made an appointment with Blanca. I only wanted a trim and she did exactly what I asked. Three weeks later I decided I wanted to go much shorter and again Blanca cut as I asked. I really like my cut- a little extreme for me- but I am glad Blanca did such a good job!

Megan is my hairdresser and she always does an amazing job. Blanca cuts my sons hair shes the only one he will allow to cut it. They sell jewelry, clothing, accessories and offer a variety of services!

Glow Beauty Studio - Arcadia Jenna Summerall: I’ve been going to Jessica to get my eyebrows threaded for awhile and i will NEVER go anywhere else. Jessica is the best around in the work she does. I have very thick eyebrows with no distinct shape and no matter what she always shapes them perfectly and I leave more than satisfied. She is also the kindness person ever and treats all her clients with nothing but love and respect.I 100% recommend going to Glow Beauty.
