2 /5 Ajit Chhina: My Experience for simple cleaning was not good. Too many X-Rays, basically, same Xray with different equipment, basically, data gathering or testing for the manufacturer, without patients consent. Then came the oral exam, too harsh and too many pricks, totally uncomfortable. When requested that can I have the cleaning without these pricks, they said no, this to be there. I had scheduled a cleaning appointment, it has to be that way. Since, we are covered my insurance, the aim is to maximize the squeeze to get the max money out of it.

1 /5 Kevin James: Worst experience I have ever had with a dentist. They are over priced for there services, they took over an hr to remove one tooth, so long they had to give me more numbing solution and more shots in my mouth. We went over a care plan to get my teeth taken care of before my insurance ran out at the end of the month and when I went in for my appointment today they said they didnt have a care plan for me. Yet I recieved a text the day prior to come in the following day for my fillings and when I get there they looked at me like I was dumb. I showe them the text from them and they said they didnt have an appointment for me. Yet I had a voice mail and text confirmation. If I could give them a no star review I wowould. I had to use my vacation for this appointment that never happened. Horrible service

1 /5 Jason Coleman: The worst experience I’ve ever had in my 50 years. It’s like a factory. You can tell everyone is being timed on what job they’re doing. They took too many X-rays for a routine cleaning. My insurance wouldn’t pay for the additional pictures. The lady in the back quoted me 1 price., and when I went to check out it was a higher amount. 3/ months later I get a text saying they need more money because my insurance didn’t pay the estimated amount. They also charged for a topical antibiotic the swabbed on my gum. Most awful service I’ve ever experienced.

5 /5 V Lawrence: Great dentist (no nonsense) and fabulous dental hygienist. Front desk area has some high turnover that’s feel has lead to some appointment issues but all in all.. a refreshing experience by comparison to other places in Saint John’s county.
