1 /5 Richard Latronica: One of the worst dental offices Ive ever been to. Dont waste your time all this is is a high-end Medicaid clinic that doesnt care about anything but money. They never answer their phones and when you finally do get through to someone they have an attitude because they were "too busy". My two boys had an appointment there and due to traffic my wife was one running behind about 30 minutes. My wife tried calling several times to let them know and no one answered the phones. When she got there they ignored her and didnt even acknowledge the fact that she was sitting there in the waiting room. When they finally did acknowledge her they told us that they would be a $75 late fee per boy because theyre canceling their appointments. When I call to speak to someone about the late fees they had attitude instantly explaining to me why I had a late fee. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE.

5 /5 Betty Harry: I have had good dental experiences at Great Expressions Twincourt Trail. The receptionists have been friendly and helpful. The professional staff is efficient, forthcoming and open for questions. My experiences in the dental chair have been painless, productive and noteworthy. Appointment reminders are appreciated. Timely appointments have been filled. Thank you for the time dedicated to your patients.

5 /5 Sarah Sutton: Left in tears, but the good kind! I desperately needed to find a pediatric dentist that wasn’t overbooked and took DentaQuest. Coming here today was a huge relief! Seriously, I can’t thank their team enough. My kids really enjoyed their visit and their teeth look great. Thank you again.

3 /5 Billy Rutland: Receptionist was very nice, lady checking my teeth for cleaning was very nice and the dentist Dr Chung was also very nice and polite. But, the lady who took me to the back and took the x-rays, and then presented me with a quote for cleaning, she was a different story. I explained to her that at this time I only wanted the minimum cleaning that is covered by my insurance and she said We wont do that, you have to pay these 2 amounts and I asked why cant you just do what they pay and she said no , we will only do cleaning if you pay these amounts. The dentist recommended a crown and the cleaning was going to cost me twice as much. Ive been going to this dentist office for years and needless to say I was very disappointed

1 /5 Cyndi Chong: Let me start off saying Jennifer at the front desk was nice and helpful and extremely apologetic. She even was kind enough to direct us to a different office where the dentist would actually finish what they start. Dr. Chung is by far the most unprofessional dentist out there. My daughter has been seen there 3 times, today would have been the 4th. Dr. Chung sent my daughter to get some work done and today was supposed to be x-rays to make sure everything was good to go for the next step. We are there and over an hour passes and Dr. Chung decides she is refusing services because her name isnt on my daughters insurance card. Which didnt stop her the last 3 times. So now my daughter is walking around with temporary stuff in her mouth because Dr. Chung is unprofessional and cant finish what she started.
