1 /5 Patricia Ducher: Totally unsatisfied I fired him from my case botched appliance, apparently unknowledgeable about prosthetics, billing errors , verbal and physical assault when I screamed in pain during a procedure. The guy has 3 office the ue runs between and apparently can keep up with patients cases.. He went out of his way to contact my prosthedontics and defamed me when I challenged his actions by contacting the insurance commissioner and board of dentistry. Frankly he scared me. .

1 /5 Nicole Hawthorne: Took my kids for consults about getting their wisdom pulled. Waited forever (60 min) in a room listening to the doctor discuss his investments with another patient. Someone on his staff finally came and got him. I didnt listen to my gut and allowed one of my sons to get two wisdom teeth pulled. While we were in the waiting room (at his wisdom teeth extraction appt) another pt came out angry due to not being seen and waiting in the chair too long-he left angry and mad. Then they called our incorrect kid back which was very unsettling and acted like it wasnt a big deal. They didnt give my son the medicine before the the procedure as they indicated they would. The doctor broke one tooth next to the wisdom tooth being pulled and broke a filling on the other wisdom tooth he pulled. He only disclosed the broken filling. This office is a mess and shows zero empathy whatsoever. We had to go to our dentist to have all of the repair work completed from Dr. Strouts mishaps. Ive worked in the medical field for over 20+ years and hate leaving any medical professional a negative review. Everyone is human and not perfect however, this experience was so terrible I wanted to provide feedback.

1 /5 Patricia Ducher: Horrible created a temp 0rothesis that broke in less than 3 weeks. Injected novacaine into open surgical wound and shouted at me when I screamed in pain. The prothedo ist I went to after firing Strout was appalled by the poor quality of the temp. His staff refused to provide billing info and charged my insurance company under incorrect codes

5 /5 Sylvia Molley: Dr. Strout and his entire staff were wonderful! I felt really at ease and well taken care of, during my first visit. His kind and gentle chairside manners were some of the nicest Ive ever experienced, while in the dental chair. Heidi, the hygienist, did an amazing job cleaning my teeth.Great experience! Thank you, Dr. Strout!

5 /5 Mike Higgins: I just wanted to take a moment to thank Dr. Strout and his staff. They made me feel completely at home and comfortable throughout my procedure. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in the door, to answering my questions after the procedure, they were attentive, professional, and kind. There is no better periodontist and staff in North Florida!

She gave me instructions on how to care for it until I can have it permanently repaired. Today, the office sent my x-rays to a dentist in Iowa and my appointment is in 1 week.
