Shelly Casterline I cant recommend Elite to enough people! Dr Carpenter and staff was so friendly! Not only did she fix my broken tooth that held my partial in she also filled 2 other teeth...My last dentist had to leave the state so a friend highly recommended here! Now I do! Everyone I spoke with made me feel like I was part of a family! I went in crying and left very happy! So please dont just take my word, make an appointment and see for yourself! Brittney Alexander Our family is new to st Augustine. I found this dentist on a quick google search and I’m so pleased with how our first visit went. My son is 6 and he went in for a cleaning. The hygienist was the best, so sweet and patient and gentle. She explained everything to my son and offered time for questions. She used charts to explain what’s happening inside his mouth at this age and explained the importance of daily dental hygiene. The doctor was also sweet and professional. He the time to answer questions I have about my other son even though he did not have an appointment that day. I highly recommend!

Howard Knauer My wife had a dental emergency to have a tooth extracted and when I called and described her pain level Mill Creek got her in to have the procedure done within two hours. The staff all worked to assure she was comfortable throughout the process. The care for the patient was exceptional and I highly recommend this practice.

Eman Soto It was a very easy process from beginning to end . I’m new in town. Joy and Jessie were very pleasant and efficient . They explained everything before they did anything. The practice was very clean. Dr. Sue was very thorough. If you need any dental needs don’t hesitate and book an appt.

Tammy Stone I would love to leave a better review, but the office staff is non-responsive to phone calls. Dr. Su did a great job with my husband’s dental problem (which is why there are 2 stars, not 1). Unfortunately, we are having issues with billing and I have left over 6 messages for a return phone call (over the course of several weeks) and no one has contacted me back. I do not usually resort to public reviews. I simply hope someone at the office sees this and reaches out to me.

Candy Rettich Yesterday was my first visit becoming an established patient. Dr. Jack Ryan had an extensive plan to go over due to the negligent care I was provided with elsewhere during 2024. At last, I left with peace of mind that I have now found a provider who is sincerely looking out for my best interest! Furthermore, this practice is not price gouging and gives the highest level of customer service to their patients. Maria went above and beyond for me to assist me with estimates, additional financing options, etc. Even the manager called me to offer her assistance. It is a team approach and everybody has such a positive attitude. It is so refreshing! Meagan did all of my imaging and she will be my hygienist. She was phenomenal! I look forward to being a patient and interacting with all of these wonderful individuals for a long time to come!

Michelle Gallagher I had a great visit my hygienist does a great job. I also asked her to take of image on my lower right because the tissue felt sensitive and Im currently getting chemo so I wanted to make sure nothing was brewing. She took 2 pictures and Dr.Kabra came in and checked the images and did exam and said everything looks good, which was a relief. Everyone in the office is very friendly and welcoming. Great office and staff!

Kim Cochrane I booked new patient appointments with Aviles under a special they were offering for $79. They could not fit us in for 3 months so I took the first available appointments. They called to confirm and told us that they are no longer honoring that price, even though they confirmed it at booking and again two weeks ago when they called and asked me to come in earlier. The fee is now $438. I told them that this is lousy business practice and cancelled both appointments. POOR business practice.

Smart One I am a Medical physician myself, I dont usually rate or take surveys but I admit I had an awesome experience at Aspen Dental today. The staff were amazing, starting at the Front Desk to the X-Ray techs / Assistants (Kaitelyn & Eliya) to Dr. Rennie, who spent adequate time explaining all my dental problems and gave me multiple resolutions while expressing his professional opinion. I highly recommend this office. Thank you Aspen Dental for the excellent high quality customer / Dental services. Definitely recommend. Kudos !!

Carrie Manucy I was able to get a same day appointment, very pleasant staff throughout the whole new patient setup. I needed prescription for an abscess and received a follow-up call making sure they were filled. Several options were discussed about a dental plan for future visits along with payment plan options.

Ajit Chhina My Experience for simple cleaning was not good. Too many X-Rays, basically, same Xray with different equipment, basically, data gathering or testing for the manufacturer, without patients consent. Then came the oral exam, too harsh and too many pricks, totally uncomfortable. When requested that can I have the cleaning without these pricks, they said no, this to be there. I had scheduled a cleaning appointment, it has to be that way. Since, we are covered my insurance, the aim is to maximize the squeeze to get the max money out of it.

Kevin James Worst experience I have ever had with a dentist. They are over priced for there services, they took over an hr to remove one tooth, so long they had to give me more numbing solution and more shots in my mouth. We went over a care plan to get my teeth taken care of before my insurance ran out at the end of the month and when I went in for my appointment today they said they didnt have a care plan for me. Yet I recieved a text the day prior to come in the following day for my fillings and when I get there they looked at me like I was dumb. I showe them the text from them and they said they didnt have an appointment for me. Yet I had a voice mail and text confirmation. If I could give them a no star review I wowould. I had to use my vacation for this appointment that never happened. Horrible service

I’ve never been particular about who I see, but Kelly’s outgoing personality, professionalism, and attention to detail make every visit a great experience. Christina Ward I was petrified of dentists before going here. I’m 36 had my first teeth decaying and abscesses and he had a plan to get a whole new smile. The nurses or dental assistants were great. I was nervous thy made sure to numb me up GOOD! I was proud of myself and I think they were too! As silly as seems! Come here for no judgments and 5 star dental work done. Also price was awesome and worked well with my delta dental Insurance. If want a judgement free place and a calming atmosphere. All his techs rock too

Antonio Izquierdo If I could leave a zero star review I would. I have used great expressions for years and the experience was always just “meh” until recently. I made two appointments for the same day. One to fix a broken tooth, chipped on an olive pit and the other for the hygienist. The so called dentist did nothing more than look in my mouth and confirm I had a chipped molar then he walked out of the room never to be seen again… I was under the impression my tooth was going to be repaired that was the whole reason for the appointment. Then the hygienist comes in and without asking for my consent attempted to do an oral cancer screening (which is an up charge). I refused it. Then she did her cleaning and did not do the fluoride treatment that I did want. I asked to speak with the office manager about the situation and the woman at the front desk told me she was the office manager. I expressed my concerns and her response was,”would you like me to remove your information from our database”. I will never do business there again and I warn everyone I come in contact with not to as well. Absolutely terrible. I have since moved on to a much better dental practice, Sea Breeze Dental, which I strongly recommend. Taylor Tott This office is absolutely amazing! It’s clean, the bathroom & the equipment is nice and clean, the hygienists & dr’s are so wonderful, they don’t rush you and they were sure to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend Wanda for a hygienist!! And of course, it’s not a party if you don’t stop by to see Ernst while you’re there! He is fantastic and takes time to ensure you understand everything after your appointment. Best dental office I’ve been to!

Unfortunately I do not have dental insurance at this time, and money is really tight. I went in with an agonizing tooth that needs a root canal and crown. Richard Latronica One of the worst dental offices Ive ever been to. Dont waste your time all this is is a high-end Medicaid clinic that doesnt care about anything but money. They never answer their phones and when you finally do get through to someone they have an attitude because they were "too busy". My two boys had an appointment there and due to traffic my wife was one running behind about 30 minutes. My wife tried calling several times to let them know and no one answered the phones. When she got there they ignored her and didnt even acknowledge the fact that she was sitting there in the waiting room. When they finally did acknowledge her they told us that they would be a $75 late fee per boy because theyre canceling their appointments. When I call to speak to someone about the late fees they had attitude instantly explaining to me why I had a late fee. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE.

Then a empathic gal Megan takes oral X-rays as tenderly as possible as I rested comfortably, I meet with both the hygienist and the doctor who are efficient and responsive but also friendly. My check out with Anna was also a delight as price, performance and professionalism ran through this dental practice from start to finish. My follow up cleaning was the next day and again all was consistently pleasant. The hygienist Flavia was Incredibly knowledgeable and provided me with the best teeth cleaning I’ve ever had. Dr. Greer and Taylor, the dental assistant, were amazing. They worked together seamlessly, knowing exactly what each other was going to do at every step of the process. They both took pride in giving the best dental care possible and making sure at each step that everything was up to their high standards. They never said anything on the phone about the insurance when making the appointment. Makes no sense at all. What a racket! This is my first negative review every. If Im not happy I just move on but I cant let this one go...

Daniella Jay Cannot recommend dr Marquez enough!!! Came to the dentist because I was in severe pain, and needed to get my tooth pulled. I had a terrible experience with a dentist a few years back that made me extremely scared to come to the dentist again. After I explained this to her and her dental assistant, they were extra kind and gentle with me, didn’t rush my appointment! Was in no pain afterwards, and healed amazingly! I will be seeing her with my family for the rest of our lives!!

marty heckscher Dr Marquez is very good. It was only my second appointment but I felt very comfortable with all of the staff I interacted with. The office has state of the art equipment and is located very conveniently in the St John’s county/St. Augustine area.

It was painless Dr Douglas took her time to anesthetize and explain what she was doing during the procedure. Had a lot of dental work done and this was by far the best experience. Employees they really seem to like working there. I hope I dont have to ever go back and see her but if I have a problem, I will pick this office. Deonne Gericke I can’t rave about Oceanside Endodontics enough. From the moment we walked into their beautiful offices, we felt welcomed and at ease. Dr Emily Tyler is amazing! Her expertise and kindness in explaining every procedure was commendable. Her assistant, Toby- Lynne was just as kind and informative and she capably set me up for root canal treatment.. she even stroked my arm while my mouth was being anesthetized. I never felt a thing!! I have had no pain since the 1,5 hr procedure yesterday even though 3 abscesses had formed under a recent crown. Thank you so much to all the staff there. Today I received a phone call from the front desk to make sure I was okay.

They remember small details about you and your family and make sure that all your concerns are addressed. I would highly recommend. Dr. Jones explained everything with care and Lindsay did a great job cleaning. Everyone was happy, positive and laughing could be heard throughout the office. My bill was reasonable and I like the fact that Gordon bills my insurance and charges me an educated estimate of what my responsibility is for the procedure. New to St. Augustine so finding the right dentist is important for me and my family.
