5 /5 janet Lord: I don’t write reviews but, in the case of Southwest Family Dentistry I could not pass up this opportunity to share my thoughts. Dr. John Batlle & his whole staff would certainly confirm that I am a scared, nervous, & super anxious 71 yr. old dental patient due to extremely bad dental experiences between 1958-1963 as a child in Illinois. I can’t lie & say I still don’t have anxiety but Dr. Batlle always takes the time necessary to assure me he will be right there with me & I don’t have to be afraid. Thank you Dr. Batlle & your entire staff for your patience, kindness, & understanding.

5 /5 Mickey McGee: I could not believe the message on my phone. "Hi, this is Dr. Batelle. I am just calling to let you know you did a great job today and make sure everything is A-okay." In addition to the great office staff, the effort to make your visit comfortable, the pain free treatments, there is actual follow up by the dentist himself. He even left his personal cell number in case I had any questions or need to speak to him. Who provides service like this anymore?? Best dentist, best staff, best service. Do not go anywhere else.

I do not have dental insurance and needed an emergency appointment, I was booked an appointment quickly and affordable! The Hygienist Kelly was the absolute BEST ever! She was so kind to me and helped me every single step of the way! No judgment at all and told me that’s what they are there for, was to help people like me. The dentist herself was amazing also! Very laid back and made me comfortable, as did Kelly, they both made sure through my procedure that I was comfortable and not in pain! I will NEVER go anywhere else! I’m so happy with the work I had done and I’ll continue to go and work on my dental health! I’m pain free and so happy! If I could give 10 stars, I would! Thank you again, everyone from the office to back were wonderful with me and I appreciate you all!
Aspen Dental - Lake City, FL - Lake City Samantha Dolch: The staff were very helpful and friendly. I had to get teeth extracted. And I was having bad anxiety. They walked me through different routes to move forward with the extraction. The dentist (Dr. Manuel Acosta) that preformed the extraction was very friendly and welcoming. He preformed a very quick extraction what was painless. I highly recommend this office! Thank you so very much.

In addition, he is a compassionate human being. The surgeon’s assistant, Brooklyn, is also great. This is a very well run Dr.s office. A 5 star experience this month and last month visiting the office.
