Ellie B: I had chosen this office because I have a history of terrible dental anxiety and had been recommended, however it was possibly one of the worst experiences i’ve ever had in a dental office and they didn’t even do any work. my appointment was scheduled at 3pm and they weren’t able to see me until 4pm due to issues with insurance. the receptionist originally told me i provided them the wrong type of insurance and then after some time contacting the insurance company they were able to get the profile created, after an hour. the hygienist was very kind considering the situation, although after the dentist had seen me and expressed I had multiple cavities to fill I shared that I had recently seen a dentist out of state in January and was only informed on one filling to which the dentist replied “he lied,” which I had felt was a very inappropriate response. after i had told him i had bad dental anxiety he replied “well how do you plan on getting these fillings done” offering no kindness and was very rude, this surprised me as i have had fillings done before elsewhere and the office will recommend ways to get through them without overbearing anxiety (i.e. gas, sedation, medication prior appointment). after I expressed I had no pain and wasn’t understanding where these numerous cavities had appeared from, he told me I could seek a second opinion and walked out of the room.

noah lovern: A truly different experience from any other dentist I’ve ever seen. The kindness and patience that I received from Dr. Klein and the entire staff as a whole was so refreshing. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by Corinna and Stacey who made me feel immediately feel at home. Dr. Klein and his assistants, Leslie and Brandi took their time and explained everything to me to where I could understand it and felt like I was apart of the treatment process. Dr. Klein has a more conservative approach and that’s something you don’t find often in today’s world. I cannot recommend this dental office enough. Thank you to Dr. Klein and his staff for their compassion, patience, and hard work.

Sharnette Hollowell: I hate to write this review as the dentist hygienist is amazing. She is wonderful. However, office staff is unprofessional, and useless. I scheduled a cleaning 6 months in advance. Only for them to call me the morning of the appointment 9:45am left a message to confirm. I called at 10:08am they already cancelled my appointment and shared they have a new policy which I wasn’t aware of that I need to confirm. I have never missed an appointment and I admit calling them back hasn’t been a focus since I wasn’t aware that I had to confirm. They wanted me to reschedule for months later, which wasn’t an option for me since I had an appointment.

Tamra Boney: I would definitely recommend Dr. Lees office to anyone looking for a good dentist. The office is very hip and new so when you walk in it doesnt remind you of a dentist office- looks more like a fancy boutique so it has a bit of a calming affect. Parking is on the street but plenty of spots available. The staff are very nice and welcoming. The front desk receptionist was great and very helpful in figuring out my payment situation. Dr.Lees assistant was very nice and seems to really know her field well. I had a bad experience from a previous dentist so I had dental coward syndrome. Lol.....but Dr. Lee was very good at talking me through that and has helped me to cross over that hurdle. I have a lot more confidence and trust and will be returning to her for all of my future dental care.
