Patty Sanborn Ive only had 2 appointments here so far, but I barely had to wait to be seen and the staff are so friendly. My hygienist "Kitty" is terrific! Shes gentle, but thorough. I have to have Novocaine, even for cleanings because of sensitivity, and Kitty does a great job with those shots! The Dentist is very friendly, calm, and informative. He gives you options for procedures to correct teeth, as far as fillings, crowns, bridges...but doesnt push you to do anything until YOU are ready to take that next step. Refreshing to find someone who doesnt strong-arm the patient into signing on to expensive work immediately! This is my new Dentist office for sure!

Justin Campbell I had such a great first experience! The office is clean, calm, and has such a positive vibe. Tatiana was my hygienist and she was amazing—so kind, gentle, and thorough. She explained everything as she went, which made me feel totally at ease. Dr. Combs was just as wonderful—super friendly, took his time with me, and made sure all my questions were answered. I have been through so many dentist in the past, I came here because it’s down the street from us, I have braces so it’s important I get a deep cleaning. Dr Klement is friendly, funny, and professional. As someone with no dental insurance, I have been hesitant to get anything done. Klement is affordable for those who are cash pay, they even have an in house plan to cover bi-annual cleaning and exams at a very affordable price.

I checked in with Hannah, who was very friendly-I waited a few minutes and then Cam - The dental hygienist greeted me. The continuity of care is nice as he has been the same one to do my cleanings since I started. Dr. Rattehalli is thorough, kind, and so professional. Natale Trommer I was very nervous going into my appointment as I have had somewhat unsettling experiences in other offices in the past. Upon entering the office, I was immediately greeted with a warm hello. The check in process was so easy, and I was seen immediately. Marie took me back for X-rays and was there alongside me the entire visit, I cannot say enough about how comfortable her and Dr. Rattehalli made me feel. They made my visit very relaxed and as stress free as one could hope. This office is full of fantastic staff that you can tell take pride in their work and care for their patients. Absolutely exceptional service. I am returning for my follow up and plan to exclusively visit this office for any dental work I need done in the future. Al A I was there for a cleaning, x-rays and Dr check. The hygienist did a great job. She was very through cleaning my teeth and checking my gums. The x-rays are much more comfortable and faster than the old way. They have the newer type unit that takes seconds. The operator stays and doesnt have to leave the room, so youre not ever left holding the uncomfortable film in your mouth each time she leaves the room. The dentist is very nice. She checked my mouth and adjusted my bite so my teeth hit more evenly as I had requested. I had a very good experience.

Shells I haven’t been to a dentist in years after my last doctor was not so great. My friend recommended this place and I’m so glad she did!! Everyone is super friendly and nice. The office is beautiful! Very easy to find. No issues parking. We scheduled everything I need so now I know what’s wrong and when I’m fixing it. Weird to say but I can’t wait to go back :)

Josephine Langone I am from NY. My daughter lives in St. Petersburg permanently and she introduced me to this practice. I was first seen as a patient last year when my molar cracked. I was quite impressed by the work and treatment throughout that I am considering to make it my primary dental office, even if it means to fly down more often. Dr. Kayla was gentile and very professional. She explained step by step what was being done. The hygienist, Carol, is the best! She was knowledgeable and thorough. It was the best cleaning I ever had, and I have periodental disease that needs attention! She taught me the proper way to care for my gums & teeth. The staff: Jada, Stephany, Zabrina & Hiram were kind and most welcoming & accommodating. Based on my experience with dentists over my lifetime, and Im in my 70s, I definitely recommend Dental Arts Ninth Street!

I came in for a cleaning and a permanent crown after a root canal, and everything went smoothly. The cleaning by Mary the hygienist was thorough but gentle, and they really took the time to explain everything during the process.The crown fits perfectly and looks completely natural—I’m so happy with the results. Cassandra Vail I broke a back molar on 12/22/2024. The following day I was able to make an appointment with this office at 3:30 and it was apparently the call center that assisted with scheduling the appointment. I provided my insurance information and the gentleman said that he had located it. I asked him would my insurance cover the emergency visit and he stated to me that it appeared it would. Approximately 20 minutes later I received a call on my work number asking if I could come in earlier. (Working in doctors offices I know this means I was the last patient and with an emergency so they would block off the schedule so the doctor can head out early as Christmas Eve was the following day.) I asked permission to leave work earlier as they asked me to come in sooner. I arrived early to my appointment and was told that they don’t take my insurance. Why was I not informed of this when they called to reschedule me to an earlier time? I had declined two other doctors offices who accepted my insurance that returned my call because I had this appointment AND I left work early with loss of pay doing so. So, this is an emergency I decided to move forward with the appointment. The receptionist was kind enough to provide a coupon to help towards the exam of this emergency visit. However, the doctor quickly looked and gave the fastest “treatment “ plan I have ever experienced and stated that I would need a consultation for 2 procedures, But I would have to schedule these procedures that I am quite positive for one could be saved without doing. But this requires me waiting to be consulted with and not treated as an emergency. So while I wait the conditions worsen and potentially become more expensive or a complete tooth loss. So why claim that emergency visits can be done same day when a scheduled appointment is required for consultation? I am absolutely disappointed in this service. It is imperative that the patient knows ahead of time if they are covered for visits to prevent surprise fees or in my case out of network insurance as well as loss of pay for coming in earlier. This is unacceptable practice on many issues as exampled above. Unfortunately, this is the second similar scenario I have had this with company at this particular office. My emergency was not treated as such and their incompetence of performing the essential job duties that help run the establishment smoothly and more efficiently for patients was not taken seriously. As I search for another dentist that can assist better on this scope of care I will be reaching out to the state attorney general if this condition worsens during the holidays. I highly would not recommend as even know the staff changed since my last visit their integrity for job duties has not.

Brenda Thomas Had my first visit with Aspen Dental today. The first thing I notice in any Medical and Dentist office is cleanliness. This office is immaculate. The staff is knowledgeable and treat you like family. They explained all phases of the procedure being done. I truly suggest you make an appointment, if needed.

Andrea Brockington I was a little skeptical at first because the young lady that returned from lunch didn’t acknowledge me sitting in their office. She responded when I asked a question her a question. She also acknowledged the other two patients that walked in after myself. I’d gone to the other Aspen and I had a bad experience on Gulf to Bay and I ended up walking out. However the radiologist, hygienist and the Doctor were extremely nice so that outweighed my initial interaction with this office. I recommend this office in Pinellas Park, Fl. Very knowledgeable and accurate.

Valerie Graf I had made a same day appointment. They were able to get me in right away. I had wisdom teeth that needed pulled. They were able to get to it that week! The whole crew was extremely nice and very welcoming, made me feel very comfortable. The whole procedure took less than an hour! I was in and out in no time. I recommend Aspen Dental to seriously everyone. I will be back for sure!

(Reason giving them 4 stars) There’s a really great employee name Marley who is friendly, knowledgeable and listens to your needs. My hygienist name Raquel is great! She listens and provides excellent service!

Alexa called me first thing this morning, understood my concerns and changed my appointment time so that there is sufficient time to provide all required services. Mike Hurlburt Went to Aspen about 4 years ago to get top dentures. Now, I need to get bottom ones, in which I knew I would have to do sooner or later. From the people at the front desk to the hygienist and the doctor they were all great. They are nice and all have a sense of humor. I was treated with respect and kindness. Christle Howard I have been seeing Dr Jeffrey Spillman for well over 15 years and whenever I hear someone say that they need a dentist I recommend him highly. I always tell people that he caters to cowards LOL. He is very kind, gentle and never leaves you stranded. Dental hygiene was not my parents priority when I was growing up so that left me with a mouth of Horror and I have often wanted to give up and just get dentures but doctors filming wont let me give up and always finds a way to keep my real teeth intact. I cant say enough good things about him.

Russ Miller I will never go back! I’ve been coming to this office for over a year, mostly for cleanings. Today, I went in for a consultation about a crown that needs work. Instead of focusing on the treatment, all they wanted to talk about was how much it would cost. I also asked about getting a dental implant, but Dr. Bronstein couldn’t seem to give me a clear answer on whether it was possible or not. She suggested a 3D x-ray, but the staff wasn’t even sure if the machine was working — they wanted me to take the x-ray just to see if it did! At that point, I said, “I’m out of here,” and left. Very disappointing experience.

I value my teeth abd just wanted the cleaning my insurance covers. My former dentist had not found these problems.

This is fine, however when I told the tech I had other appointments today and would just like to have a cleaning done without the X-rays. They would not allow me to just get the cleaning done.

C Abrams My son had an appointment. Day of the appointment, they left me a message saying they didn’t accept my insurance. I tried calling but got the voicemail. I called my insurance and my rep confirmed we are in network and they should accept our insurance. She called them to confirm and left a message. I then spent 3 days trying to reach them. Left a couple messages. Never got through and no one ever called me back.

Ellie B I had chosen this office because I have a history of terrible dental anxiety and had been recommended, however it was possibly one of the worst experiences i’ve ever had in a dental office and they didn’t even do any work. my appointment was scheduled at 3pm and they weren’t able to see me until 4pm due to issues with insurance. the receptionist originally told me i provided them the wrong type of insurance and then after some time contacting the insurance company they were able to get the profile created, after an hour. the hygienist was very kind considering the situation, although after the dentist had seen me and expressed I had multiple cavities to fill I shared that I had recently seen a dentist out of state in January and was only informed on one filling to which the dentist replied “he lied,” which I had felt was a very inappropriate response. after i had told him i had bad dental anxiety he replied “well how do you plan on getting these fillings done” offering no kindness and was very rude, this surprised me as i have had fillings done before elsewhere and the office will recommend ways to get through them without overbearing anxiety (i.e. gas, sedation, medication prior appointment). after I expressed I had no pain and wasn’t understanding where these numerous cavities had appeared from, he told me I could seek a second opinion and walked out of the room.

Fatima Alvarado I have never been to a more useless and pointless dental office. I waited over an hour for them to ask me what I wanted to do as a new patient with wisdom teeth pain. Is there not a standard practice for new patients? The day this office and workers dont have a hater, Im no longer here. Just rip your own wisdom teeth out, itll probably yield a better result.
