1 /5 Michelle Jackson: They never answer the phone and when someone does, theres no one that speaks English plus they hung up on me twice. Very bad service

5 /5 James Pharr: This place is professional. The whole process was smooth and efficient. Also, they are considered with your time and remind you before your appointments. The staff is great!

1 /5 Vani: I’m shocked how administrators there don’t have ability to communicate,but rather ignorantly always repeat saying “manager is not hear”. manager is never there of course. And they won’t forward the message to the manager.

1 /5 May Mendoza: Do not go, they are running some sneaky scheme. I called to make sure they took my insurance. I just wanted my regular 6 month cleaning. They had me waiting in the waiting room for an hour and a half. Then I go in and they take x-rays have me waiting there for an hour. I had to ask twice if they were going to see me. Then the dentist comes checks my teeth. After that the hygienist checks my teeth to recommend the type of cleaning I need. She tells me general cleaning is fine which my insurance has always covered. She walks out again and the receptionist walks in to tell me I have to pay $45. Im like no I want the regular cleaning covered by my insurance. She says they cant do it without charging the $45. I walked out and left. They had me 3 hours which is unacceptable for a dental office. Didnt even perform the cleaning which was the whole point of the visit. I do not have to pay if my insurance covers it.

The equipment is all out dated, bathroom unsanitary, rude staff, no curtains in each unit for privacy, the floors are peeling upwards. Very unprofessional. I would not even go to this office even if it was free service. This dental office needs to be reported to the right authorities To be shut down for good. Not even worth one star.
