1 /5 Kim: My only experience was calling to refer a new patient. Unfortunately, the employee that answered was unable to provide a positive first impression. I did not understand what his name was but I did hear that calls are recorded. It is October 18th and the next available appointment is next year in January. I was not even asked the reason for the visit. The lack of communication skills, compassion and empathy is disappointing. This is why some patients feel that they are unimportant or just a number.
