5 /5 Barbara Kim: I went to this location earlier today and, sure, the wait was a little long. This is understandable at an urgent care though and we should all understand that. More importantly, the quality of care was fantastic. I was seen by Kristin, one of the PAs at this location. She was amazing! She gave me a good checkup, told me what I needed, and did everything very speedily. Thank you to everyone working at this facility!

5 /5 Nora Bell: This team is an amazing. Every time I have been here it has been a great experience. I am saying thing as someone who also ends up there later in the evening. So the fact the team does so great always is iconic. I highly recommend. I just recently went in and remembered it was the same location I was at last year when I was nearly hospitalized. Last year I was living alone and no family and the team let me rest in the room I was in to make sure I didnt need further medical care. I was near my death bed and had no insurance. However the team was awesome and upfront with the costs. More than anything the ladies here are all so genuine and slay.

5 /5 David Moldauer: I needed to get a drug test done for my job and the Walgreens I initially chose was backed up for 4 hours. I looked online and found TGH down the street. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. They were very knowledgeable there and didnt make me fill out a ton of paperwork. The nurse, Sandra was fantastic. I had taken my wife to another TGH clinic a few months ago and a great experience there as well. Highly recommend them over any other walk in clinics Ive tried in the past.

5 /5 Louan Fisher: St. Anthony’s hospital in St. Pete, FL is amazing!! We had to go to the ER while on vacation. Fast efficient treatment and all personnel involved in our care were very friendly, helpful, and patient. Made certain that we understood everything before we left. Next day I had to call with questions…again it was a quick response and Brittany answered all my questions. She was very professional and kind!!

Shana E. Anton, MD - St. Petersburg Erwin S: Dr Anton has a great balance of professionalism and great bedside manner. She is one of the most thorough doctors I have come across and she is very knowledgeable. I feel very comfortable having her as my doctor and I would highly recommend her.

Leana Oppenheim, DO - St. Petersburg Jayna Batton: Dr Oppenheim is the best! She takes her time to listen, comes up with a plan and makes sure you are in agreance with everything. She explains everything well and you can tell that she cares!

John S. Morrow, MD - St. Petersburg Travis Head: I came in for wax build in my ear, not only did they do a great job cleaning it out they offered a same day ear test. I usually have to wait weeks to get back in for a hearing test. Very friendly and tooth doctors took there time and explained everything they were doing to include the results of my hearing test. I would recommend Dr. Morrow and his team to anyone having hearing problems. Outstanding staff from the beginning to the end of the visit.

While I dont remember everyones name, Zoe (who I believed identified herself as the nurse manager) was super friendly and was an amazing to person to interact with! 10/10 would come back

Mease Countryside Hospital - Safety Harbor Bry BEES Creative Co: I have a chronic issue that brings me to the ER about once a year and this hospital is always so accommodating and kind. I’ve seen them be so busy that there aren’t any beds and I’ve seen them nearly empty; every single time all of the staff, technicians, nurses, and doctors take all the time they need to answer all of my questions, explain my results, consult with my surgeons, and make sure I’m as comfortable as possible. This hospital is wonderful. Sometimes there is a long wait and that is just how it goes, remember to give these professionals patience because they really are doing their absolute best and I’m a consistent witness to that.

Morton Plant Hospital- Turley Family Health Center - Clearwater Stephanie Marie: Whoever owns this company really should call and pretend to be a patient to see how they are treating your customers (phone option #3) Due to the way I have been treated trying to make appointments and/or trying to get my prescriptions, I will be finding another doctor at a different establishment. I can deal with it being mostly students and having to see different doctors, but there is absolutely no reason for ignoring phone calls and being excessively rude when answering. Today I called and asked to make a yearly check up appointment and the lady that answered scoffed and let out a quick laugh before asking if I was even a patient there. I am, and this isnt the first time Ive been treated this way by the people answering phones here. When I said that I was a patient, she then proceeded to tell me how my information doesnt just show up on the phone and what information I would need to give her in a very condescending manner. Normally I dont blurt out all of my personal information as soon as someone answers the phone and obviously she would need my name and date of birth to look me up, but the way she went about it was extremely uncalled for. It was the same treatment when I tried to get my already written prescription this past week and multiple other times that I have called over the last two years. Ive even had to drive up there in the past to make an appointment, because they refused to answer the phone. I was already considering going to a new doctor due to how rude they are on the phone, but Ive put it off due to the location and in house bloodwork. After dealing with the their continuous rudeness and refusal to help with an already written prescription (twice this past 1 1/2 weeks), I will now officially be finding somewhere else to go.

BayCare Medical Group Primary Care - Clearwater Global Travel: Had an appointment at 8:40am today. I did arrive at 8:52am, I apologize and I accept accountability for being late. This however resulted in my appointment being rescheduled for next week. They apologized for the mix up so Im not sure if it was a mix of me being late and them having an office schedule mix up but they could not fit me in today. I will be back next week, will update if I have the same or better experience. They seem nice, I just dont think they viewed me as a patient this time around and more like a number. Again, Ill give it one more try next week.

BayCare Health System - Clearwater KiKi B: I was watching a video online recently and saw that a woman Melissa Perkins who works for this business, called a family trash after stating she “worked with her son.” I just wanted to share this is extremely disheartening and concerning. I understand the internet is a place that welcomes diversity, equity, and inclusion but Neighborhoods are different. Melissa responded this was because a young lady informed the public about a neighborhood that is accepting section 8 and encouraged families to apply. I am curious if this behavior or opinion is one shared or condoned by other staff. I want to be sure that when it comes to patient care, anyone who has worked with me or a family member would not say something so distasteful simply because I welcome people of a different background to a neighborhood I feel is beautiful. Please see to it that patients are protected and behavior like this is not condoned. If you do support or share these beliefs, state so publicly so people stay out of your neighborhood and business.
