5 /5 Crystal Arroyo: Ive searched for a doctor for a couple of years. I found Mallory lott, and she is amazing. She listens, cares, and shows empathy. She actually believes me when I say something is off. I had another doctor who never believed a word I would say. The same issues I brought up with Mallory the first day I saw her. She checked me, and sure enough, I was not crazy. I can call or message. I always get a response back from her or someone in the office. I love her because from all the doctors Ive gone too she actually cares. The front staff are actually really nice and respectful as well. So if anyone goes by reviews, please do not let the bad reviews detier you from seeing for yourself. How this office and doctors actually really are.

2 /5 Adma Vieira: This morning, I went to the lab for my check-up blood tests. Since I had been feeling unwell over the weekend and suspected a possible infection, I sent a message through the app beforehand, but no one responded—even though my appointment was scheduled for the middle of the week. At the lab, I found it strange that a urine exam wasn’t included with my tests, but after insisting, I was able to request one—though I had to pay an additional fee. Later, they informed me that I would need to return later in the day to provide another sample for my urine culture and doctor’s appointment, which meant yet another charge. Why didn’t they just use the sample I had already provided in the morning? This entire experience made me feel completely neglected by the office.

1 /5 Michael Schwartz: This place has gone completely downhill. Im a long-time patient, almost 10 years. Made an appointment for simple blood draw and was there waiting an hour past my appointment. Each time I asked the receptionist for an estimate, I was given a different excuse for the delay and that I would be seen next. After multiple people went ahead of me, I just walked out. The best part is they have a sign on the front desk that says if a patient is 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will be rescheduled. I guess that doesnt cut both ways. Oh and dont bring your kids. You can hear the office receptionist staff drop f-bombs in the waiting area.

1 /5 Just do the Right Thing: This place is a joke! Why make an appointment if you are unable to accommodate the time. If you cant manage your time, how do you expect people to be confident that you can manage our needed care??!! Zero confidence, how do you expect people to trust you??!! Find any other place if you actually want to receive care!! They dont do the right thing!!

2 /5 Litasha Thomas: Dr. Miranda is great but the office staff and billing department are horrible. I received a bill in October and every time I called to find out why I received the bill I am told someone will call me back. Today is December 31st and Im still waiting. I guess as long as they get their money they dont care about anything else.
