Tina Mass1022: First time visiting this facility. Have been given the run around by the staff having me call insurance for a list of covered medications. I called the pharmacy because I told they should have given me something that was compatible with the script and covered by insurance. Pharmacist said oh no we don’t do that. We leave the script writing up to the doctor. I call the insurance, the customer service rep tells me she can’t do that because she is not a doctor. Meanwhile the doctor’s office is telling me I have to do my own research to find what is compatible with what was prescribed. I don’t have the physical script. I’m not a doctor to remember what the prescription was. It’s not something I have been taking. I call the doctor’s office back for them to tell me it will be 72 hours if I receive a response. This ordeal took an hour & 40 minutes. I wish people would actually do the job they’re paid to do. I do everything I can for my client’s. Time to find a new doctor for the new doctor. This was a waste of time & $$.

Reckless Messiah: The particular medical professionals I dealt with, I think it was a PA, and the nurse were beyond incredible. I’ve never had medical treatment go so well. I was beyond positively surprised! Excellent people too, not just good at their jobs. 10/10 experience amazing staff! The PA and nurse made me feel safe, and they were friendly, and absolutely nailed their roles and duties. Again, never had treatment that was so pleasant ANYWHERE! And I wasn’t there for a sore throat. I got shots and stitches and they just did the best job calming my nerves and doing the most painless procedure.

Lynn Leblanc: Encompass does amazing work. Their nurses truly care for their patients and ensure they have everything they need to be comfortable and to help them get better. Their therapy is top notch - providing multiple hours of tgerapy/ day. My father saw amazing improvement in one week. The facility is clean and the staff is professional and attentive to all needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs this type of care.

Vivid Violet: The staff was very pleasant and welcoming to us when we came in! The lobby and property is very well set up to access despite road work being present. Overall a very nice set up. The reason for the star loss is simple. The vet was motivated to make money. She made a call for us to get cheaper help, which was decent, but still made me borrow $65 from my 15 year old to tell me this information. When she learned how bankrupt my family was, I feel she should have referred us to the Humane Society first and simply told us she can’t help us if we don’t have money instead of collecting the visiting fee. I don’t even make $65 a day and I saw this practice make over $750 in the hour I was there. I had over 10 dogs to care for and have to accept donations just to feed them and I was practically begging everyone to spay this rescued animal so we don’t get yet another litter of puppies! When I adopted her, she was pregnant already and I didn’t know. I spent over $12,000 rescuing a whole litter of giant Mastiffs that I didn’t plan or know about. I just feel like this vet could care a little more about the people who rescue and rehab animals. Because most of the time, we don’t get paid.

DD LB: I have been in and out of pain management for decades. I am also a retired RN. My pain is chronic and severe and this practice is comfortable treating it. I chose this practice above any other pain management in the area because the doctors there are anesthesiologist. This makes a big difference in the way they treat you in the knowledge that they treat you with. If you opt for an injection an anesthesiologist will use a much more exact approach then the normal physiatrist pain management MD. Actually I have never had success with a physiatrists injection. The only relief I ever got was from an injection done by an anesthesiologist. This practice is friendly and easy to work with. They dont treat you like a drug addict like some pain management offices do. Everyone has always been nothing but friendly to me. They are truly helpful and you dont feel like theyre all about the money like so many others. I trust them and that says a lot!

Helen Millman: I have been going to Dr. Hess for about 18 months. My husband has been getting adjusted here for over 7 years and been bragging about Dr. Hess. I used to see a different chiropractor and did not think that it mattered who I see. However, once I walked in here to get adjusted for the first time, I knew right away that he could heal me. In 2018 I suffered complications from a surgery and been suffering pain post surgery due a ton of scar tissue and lack of range of motion, which affected other parts of my body. I had no idea that it was literally affecting also my back the way that it did, given that I did not walk perfectly straight. I could not believe the release from head to toe that Dr. Hess applied very carefully and wisely, and he built it up with exellent plan of care until he told me that I was ready to get my full range of motion back. For the first time in years, I regained my range of motion for my left hip (which constantly hurt my entire leg too). He worked my scar tissue and addressed other physical matters with me such that I can do more testing with my primary care. I love his passion for healing people, and he takes his work very seriously. His number one goal is to heal! I love his genuine listening and sensitive intuition for over-all wellbeing. My boys love going there and get adjusted as well. Thank you, Dr. Hess!

Stephanie Widrig: My first visit was my last with Dr. Ofner. She was immediately dismissive of my concerns and even said, "you dont want Alzheimers," while I was explaining my symptoms, as if I had an agenda for that diagnosis. She had the worst bedside manner of any medical professional Ive ever encountered. She is the antithesis of professional and her demeanor was borderline combative. She didnt listen to what I had to say and was about to end our visit without even examining me. She did so only as a formality as her mind was made up based on seemingly my age alone. I was terrified for that appointment and had to wait several months only to be disregarded. I wouldnt recommend her to my worst enemy.
