As a new patient never having been to the office, the directions took me to the other side of the building for my 7:30 am appt. All the doors are locked and they dont answer the phones until 8:30. After having someone on the other side of the building tell me where the office was, when I got inside they refused to see me because I was wasnt in the office by the appointment time. Having taken the time off from work for this and already waited 4 months for this appointment, now I cant get another one for another 7 months, no thanks, Ill find another doctor. What a way to welcome new patients. If this is your policy 1. how about answering your phone during your office hours, 2. you should explain this to patients when scheduling the appointment, 3. upgrade your signage so it is more directive for patients. But per usual, your time is way more valuable than anyone elses. Not very welcoming or reassuring that you are of any value or importance as a patient to this practice.
