Looks so natural, blended perfectly and get soo many compliments. I also see Makenzie for my lash extensions and I’m obsessed. Best lashes in Lakeland with prices on point. Beautiful work never miss a fill!! You have to go check them out!!

5 /5 Emily Bell: I got the blade and shade eyebrows with Hillary - as this was the first time ever getting my eyebrows done she made it so easy and made sure I was comfortable the whole time! I thought I would like them, but wow I’m in love with my new eyebrows!! I was always self conscious because I have a giant scar where hair won’t grow and after my blade and shade you can’t even tell I ever had a scar there! Hillary took her time mapping out my eyebrows with a brow pencil first and then made sure I was comfortable with the shape before starting the microblading process! The Beauty lounge is clean, the costumer service is great, and Hilary even follows up by text to ensure the after care process is also going well! 10/10 recommend! I have never felt more confident with no make up on! I will be back!

Not only is she full of positivity and good conversation but she also KILLS IT at what she does! She is the only person I will ever allow to touch my eyebrows- not kidding! Definitely the best in the business. I have received SO MANY compliments on my brows! As for the location it’s perfect! Very easy to get to & the lounge itself is gorgeous! Love the trendy vibes & relaxing atmosphere! I highly recommend!

Summer Hesse: I had a really amazing experience at Magic Touch Hair Salon today with Kia as my hairdresser. She did an amazing job with my hair color and extensions as well as making me feel like $1 million when I left the salon, after she curled my hair and took pictures! During the time that she was doing my hair, she was extremely kind and considerate and I could genuinely tell that she really cared about my hair and my experience there. Everyone was very kind there actually and the price and is very affordable for what you are getting. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone in the Lakeland area and I would definitely recommend Kia. as a hairdresser that will make sure your needs and wants our met. They also have a very classy boutique ( with fancy jewelry and hair accessories ) within the salon and other services that allow you to walk out of there feeling like the best version of yourself!

Pamela Simmons: I had an appointment with Carol @ 2 pm. I was 5 minutes late. I sat in the reception area for another 7 minutes when I finally walked to the side room and had to interrupt another stylist to ask for Carol. Carol informed me that she was shampooing a lady to do a perm . Obviously a walk-in as my appointment had been booked for days for a shampoo cut. and style. A 1 hour service. She wanted me to come back after the perm so she obviously didn’t have anybody booked for that time slot. A perm is a 3 hour service. She herself had not even kept her own hair nice for someone in her field. She was not very welcoming or pleasant in the slightest. I would not want this to reflect on the other stylist as they rent chairs. I of course would not want to go back later after being treated so badly. Unfortunately I had bought a promotion and it was only for Carol. So she got her money anyway. Repeat customers Carol are your bread and butter. Walk in’s will not usually be loyal as they generally always go on a whim wherever they can get in. Not a good way to increase your clientele.
