2 /5 michaela wilson: So disappointing. I literally never leave reviews but this one deemed it necessary. Made an appointment for me & my friend to get holiday nails together. I arrived and they didn’t even put us anywhere remotely near each other even though I told them at booking why we were even coming in together. I picked my polish (cat eye) but then was told I couldn’t do it because my tech didn’t know how. So I pivoted. My gelx was done terribly as a whole. I had gel coming out of the sides and two of my nails didn’t even fit correctly. Then I showed a picture of what I wanted and got nowhere near that (see attached). I hated them so much, I went home and filed off the color and painted them myself. Will not be coming back.

1 /5 Krista Long: WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I came to get my nails done and wanted a simple design and they completely ruined my nails. I was cut sat there for two hours while my nails were done. It looks like a five year old did them and i will never return. I paid 80$ then had to go to another place to get them fixed because Studio did not have time to fix them. I do not recommend this place to anyone. save yourself the time and money. The good picture is what i wanted and the bad one is what I was given. I wish i could give zero stars.

I went for a gel manicure, their selection is very poor and most of their polishes are old, I had a very bad experience and the outcome was poor when I went to have it corrected, I expressed my concern to the manager and instead of offering to redo the polish I was charged extra $30 to get an even worse outcome. Needless to say I will not be going back to this salon again!

Екатерина Рачеева: I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service and the way customers are treated. I was scheduled for a manicure without being informed that the technician was a beginner. As a result, I paid $40 for poor-quality work — within just a week and a half, my nails started chipping and breaking. When I raised this issue, I was offered a redo, but only with the same technician who made the mistakes in the first place. I requested that an experienced technician fix the problem, but instead of understanding, I was essentially blamed for the situation. Rather than resolving the issue, I was made to feel at fault. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of professionalism. I do not recommend this salon and will not be returning. I hope management reconsiders their approach to customer service and the quality of their work.

KimN Thai: This was my first time getting my nails done by chi Thao, and I was really impressed! She’s clearly very skilled and confident in what she does. Her suggestions were spot on, especially when it came to choosing the right color. I showed her a sample design I liked—she was honest and let me know she didn’t have the exact materials for it, but still did her best to recreate it. The final result turned out even more beautiful than I expected! She treated me with care and professionalism, and I left feeling so happy with my nails. I’ll definitely be coming back! ☺️

Shelby Love: Took my husband here for a birthday deep tissue massage & a prenatal massage for myself, and overall, it was a great experience! My masseuse, Ashley, was incredible—she had the perfect amount of pressure, great communication, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The ambiance was also relaxing. The only downside was the amenities, which felt a bit limited given the pricing. The locker area is small, there’s only one shower, and just two bathrooms, which could be inconvenient during busy times. Still, the quality of the massage itself was top-notch, and we left feeling refreshed. Would definitely come back!

My nail tech was not only skilled, but also a joy to chat with—she made the whole experience relaxing and fun, and my nails look amazing. I was given a brief tour and was impressed by the wide range of services they offer, including massage, waxing, and facials. I’m already looking forward to returning for both nail maintenance and to explore more of their offerings. Follow-up appointments are already booked!

Sophia Idriss: This used to be my go to salon in downtown bc it’s walkable from my apartment and since it’s not that high end the prices were usually much better than some of the more luxury nail salons in downtown st Pete. Well the last few times I went they were always changing the price on me for the exact same service I’ve always got. I always paid around the same price range even thought it was always a couple dollars difference, but this last time I went they told me a completely different price and when I asked why did the price change so much they just said before was a lower rate . I do not think this is the type of salon that should be charging luxury prices and I do not want to go to a place where every time the same service is going to be a different price . In this economy it’s really hard for me to keep going there and I’d rather know what I’m going to pay every time . Disappointed but the ladies were always very sweet! It gets very frustrating when the same exact service gets $10 more expensive on a monthly basis

Andrea Shlimon: I stopped here on my first day of vacation to get a quick manicure. The lady who assisted me and gave me my service was amazing from the start. She guided me through picking a color, encouraging me to grab several so she could paint a nail and I could see what it would look like. I feel like at other salons they get annoyed if you ask to do this, but how else are you supposed to pick a color. She was so meticulous making sure my nails look great going above and beyond. Price was fair considering the area. Highly recommend.
