1 /5 Marilyn Spencer: Started with Dr. Dillon and when he sold the practice was never notified until I showed up it was actually Dr. Thomas office--- even though they tried to say they got return mail on me...hmmm lived here 18 yrs so dont believe that happened--- since shes out of network my insurance would not cover my cleaning at the 100%. We agreed on the difference and I paid out of pocket at the time of service to avoid having to wait for my longer for my cleaning. Next thing.I know I get a big bill in the mail and call the office to find out they made a mistake as they had agreed to take the copayment. I saw no dentist that day as there was none in the South office at that time. Next cleaning was due 6 mo later so I called multiple times to both my Insurance and the office and was told by Ed that my cleaning would be covered at 100%. Showed up for next appointment and the only reason I again returned was because I liked the the hygienist, But when the dentist came in she was very rude, very rough and very abrupt. Next thing I know I get a bill for 64.00 to pay on top of the 117.00 my insurance paid....Besides being given incorrect info twice they are Way overpriced and very rude. Def wont go back !!!!
