They said it was something simple and did not even charge me. I always see a lot of cars there and now I know way. They are honest and know what they are doing. I called them in a panic because my car started making a strange noise just before a hurricane was set to hit TLH. I was worried about not having a reliable vehicle in case we needed to evacuate. Even though they were fully booked for the next seven days, Rob was incredibly understanding and managed to squeeze me into their busy schedule. My husband brought the car in just before closing, and within 30 minutes, Rob had not only identified the issue but also fixed it, sending us home relieved and grateful. This isn’t the first time I’ve taken my car to Rob, and every time I’ve left with my car running smoothly and a smile on my face. Thank you, Rob, for always going the extra mile. 5 /5 McClain Dove (CEO of Dove McClain, LLC): Highly recommend!!! The customer service Rob provided to me was equivalent to that of a business owner when interacting with his highest paying customer. He called me and gave me frequent updates on the vehicle, he reviewed every speck of it and even sent an employee to Midway to pick up necessary parts. And best of all, after fixing 6 or 7 issues on the vehicle, he still had it back to me within 24 hours of me dropping it off!! On top of that… he gave us a 2-year WARRANTY! There are times when people and businesses are praised for being average and simply doing things that they should be doing anyway… this isn’t one of those times. Rob truly deserves recognition for going COMPLETELY above and beyond without expecting absolutely anything in return. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for the incredible blessing that you have bestowed upon our family. I truly can’t say it enough!
