5 /5 shannen lana: I had such a great experience at Bob’s Auto Repair and Collision Center! As soon as I pulled up, they came out and took a look at my car right away, within 5 minutes I had a quote. They ordered the parts and had everything fixed within an hour the very next day. Super efficient, honest, and reliable service. You can really tell it’s a well-run family business. The two girls working there were absolutely amazing, super friendly and helpful! Highly recommend if you’re looking for fast, trustworthy work with great customer care.

2 /5 Melonie S: Was told that our car would be ready for pickup at a certain time. No one called. We arrived there with two mechanics chilling outside and asked if our car was ready. He said, "Let me check." He asked if we could bring it back the next day. What sense would it make to bring a car back, and then they get further behind on the wait. We left the car and picked it up the next evening. I think they should work on informing their customers on when their vehicle will be available, instead of giving them a time, and then the car is still not ready. Communication is key.

None of the garages in the area would pick up the phone before I found bobs auto repair. They answered right away were able to take a look at my van and fix it same day and got me back on the road to go home quickly. In incredibly greatful. I highly recommend this place
