4 /5 Christina Denis: Arrived at MedFast before they opened. As several employees arrived they all walked by me and didnt say hello, felt kind of strange. The last two to arrive, were very friendly and asked me if Id like to come sit inside to wait. Turns out they were working the front desk and very friendly. Saw the Doctor (John) and he was extremely helpful and thoughtful in helping me with my symptoms. I was more than satisfied with his care and felt heard. He created a treatment that I felt comfortable with and was very responsive to my input. The only complaint I had about my experience was the "rock music/radio station" playing in the open office area when patient rooms were. It felt very unprofessional and I had a bit of a hard time focusing on my discussion with the Dr. with it playing just outside the door. I happen to enjoy rock music, but not during a professional appointment. Otherwise, I would definitely go back.

I visited them twice in the past two days for a sprained (possibly broken) ankle, and both times, the care I received was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, Jamie at the front desk greeted me with a warm smile and even remembered me from the night before. Her kindness and attentiveness made the check-in process seamless. Trace, the EMT, was fantastic during my intake—thorough, professional, and reassuring. And Nurse Practitioner Vanessa was nothing short of amazing! She was incredibly kind, took the time to explain everything to me, and made sure I felt comfortable and well cared for. The entire team was fast, efficient, and thorough, ensuring I got the treatment I needed without unnecessary delays. I truly appreciate their professionalism and compassion, and I highly recommend MedFast Urgent Care to anyone in need of top-notch medical attention. Thank you all for making a stressful situation so much easier!

1 /5 John Werkmeister: They said they were gonna send my prescription in right away. I sat at Walgreens for an hour. I called them. They said it would be sent in right away. I waited another hour at Walgreens. Then they Closed, never got my meds, absolutely ridiculous.I will be disputing my bill. Very pissed!!!!

4 /5 lissa cooper: It was worth the long wait, staff was friendly good bedside manner from the ARNP. But not everything was completed at checkout missing signature on form and handwriting unreadable on parts of the form.
