1 /5 jay Payne: See I read the reviews before I went and was hoping it wasn’t true surprise surprise don’t go here yes sir you did get it half right I told you my back also hurt you said nothing is wrong with your back you can not see it on a old X-ray machine y’all had since 1942 my back has a Bludge disc and it’s herniated only a MRI will show you this x ray will not show everything he told me I will need hip replacement in 4-5 years and good luck cause you have Medicaid. Gee thanks for the hope just know he will tell you nothing is wrong and you don’t need to go nowhere else but please do save your money for quality care you’ve been warned

5 /5 Mike Lasa: I personally have been there for two separate issues, one for my back and now one for my knee.i have had nothing g but great experiences with the staff and Dr. I wouldn’t have gone back had I had any of the issues from the other reviews. Maybe it was just a bad day for the reviewers.

1 /5 Mari S: This place needs better customer service. Someone who actually cares about patients who are in need of a new provider. Kelly has been rude every time I call shes quick to dismiss me and she doesnt even care to hear what I have to say. Shes quick to hang up on me. I just need a provider who is approved so my situation. Nothing more or less I dont need to be told that its only for newly hurt patients. Please hire someone who wont be rude to people who help pay there bills.

1 /5 Megan Sanders: I don’t usually leave reviews but this is the absolute worst place I have ever been to. The “orthopedic” (which he doesn’t even deserve the title) was so unhelpful, belittled me, and made me leave crying. He read my whole report from my MRI that was done, and saw my disk and still had no clue as what to say besides “tough it out.” Please don’t waste any time going here.

AdventHealth Lake Mary Health Park - Lake Mary Sandi Ruth: I like going here for medical care. The staff are always professional and pleasant. I receive my results in a timely manner and sometimes before I leave. I also love that I can go anytime which means I do not lose time from work and lose wages. If I need to make an appointment or change my appointment. It has always been quick and easy.

AdventHealth DeLand - DeLand Timothy Godfrey: I was very pleased with the way the medical team performed. This was my first visit and I will definitely keep coming back. My experience with Dr Hannah Coleman Anderson was very welcoming and I felt very comfortable. The lab for my blood work was also kind and professional. Orlando Health South Seminole Hospital Outpatient Lab - Longwood Justin Powers: Absolutely do not come here for an emergency. The two ladies working at the front desk to check in had no clue what an EpiPen was. After my GF, who is a RN, explained she went into anaphylaxis the lady crossed it out and mentioned she wasnt even going to put it so she crossed it out on her sheet. Absolutely horrible care of patients.

AdventHealth for Children - Orlando Jennifer Burgess: My son was on his Make-A-Wish, Disney trip and his GJ tube got clogged. Anyone who has experience with a GJ tube already knows that this would require an Appointment with interventional radiology. Most hospitals only have limited appointments during the week with IR, certainly not availability on the weekend. However, another parent in a Make-A-Wish Facebook planning group that I am a part of recommended that I call Advent health in Orlando Because they have an interventional radiology department that might be available on the weekends. I had no trouble getting through to the charge nurse at IR who said to come on into the emergency department and let them know that I had an arrangement with IR, and they would take care of him. We took him in as she said. The emergency room was not crowded, everyone was as friendly as they could possibly be, and we were very impressed with the efficiency of the emergency department, as well as the interventional radiology team. We are from Atlanta and we are very used to crowded Childrens Hospital’s. We were pleasantly surprised With the services at Advent health, and we would recommend them to anyone. Everyone we encountered was kind, friendly, and efficient. You don’t ever Want to go to the hospital but if we needed to, we would certainly go back there.

Seminole Integrative Medicine - Casselberry Randy L: The girls in the office are super caring and friendly and beyond helpful. The office is clean and well equipped and maintained. I highly recommend and encourage anyone who is feeling stiff or wants to better themselves, check this place out. They also have a massage therapist who is practiced in many various treatments in house as well.

HCA Florida North Seminole Family and Sports Medicine - Sanford - Sanford Ron Wrobel: I had a routine check-up here last week, and while the doctor seemed fine, the follow-up experience has been frustrating beyond belief. After my appointment, the nurse was supposed to handle refills for my routine Type 2 diabetes medications. However, when I went to the pharmacy, three prescriptions were missing, and one was for the wrong medication. Trying to fix this has been a nightmare—every call to the office means waiting on hold for 15+ minutes, only to be transferred and put on hold again. When I finally got someone on the line, they seemed eager to pass me off rather than actually solve the issue. A simple prescription refill shouldn’t require this much effort. If you need reliable, responsive follow-up care, I’d think twice before coming here.

She always follows up on her promises of getting information and communication to me from Dr. Gill or other requests of mine. Very detail oriented and great people skills. I think she is a huge asset to this practice. As a business owner myself I notice great employees, and this one is a Rock Star in a making and I hope she gets recognition she deserves! AdventHealth Centra Care Kids Lake Mary - Lake Mary Jochy _a320: Amazing and excellent care! A big thank you to NP Matt who treated us like family, very knowledgeable and making our kids feel comfortable even sharing wellness family tricks with us. Such an amazing healthcare provider. Even though last night was packed he never cut our visit short and took the time needed with all my 3 kids. Elena and the other tech were amazing as well joking with our kids in order to make the swaps and test easier on them. I would happily wait for my kids to be treated by Matt and such an amazing staff.

Aspire Health Partners - Sanford Campus - Sanford V Torres: One of the most traumatic experiences Ive gone through. The majority of staff there treat the patients with such disdain, its ridiculous. Providers dont take time to actually listen to issues that brought patients in, everything is rushed. The staff clearly view the patients as less than, due to having to be in such a facility, and display it with the way they talk down on, antagonize, and then punish the patients when they react. This is NOT a place for people to get better, especially with mental health issues. Please do better assessments of who you hire/currently have on your team. Facilities like these should only consist of people who actually care to assist others in their recovery, whatever that may be.

Florida Department of Health in Seminole County - Sanford Location - Sanford Heaven Field: Was nervous due to the reviews and you never know what you get with a government entity. But my visit was great. I had two appointments (physical and vaccine) that started at 8. Walked in a couple minutes early and was seen right away. All the ladies we encountered directly were super nice to me and my son. Even people we didn’t speak to were saying hi to my son. Was in and out in 1 hours 15 minutes. Even the call to make the appointments was smooth.
