Preston Westmoreland Olivia and the other nurse made all the blood draws and catheters painless. Half the reason I don’t see doctors is because of the pain involved. They saved my life and made it painless. The hospital beds are super comfortable. If you could choose your hospital and didn’t pick this one, you have a screw loose and they can’t fix it.

Jennifer Gray Great Experience! Took my 8 yr old in and they made him very comfortable for his first time ever having blood work done. The staff was very nice and friendly!!

Terrie Robbins This was my first experience meeting Dr. Oum as my new primary care physician. I am overly sensitive to environment and meeting new people, but this experience put me at ease. I think its going to be a good fit for me. My previous physician transferred to a practice in St. Augustine. I loved her, but thats too far for me to travel for doctors visits.

Adam Office staff dont care about their patients at all! I now have a 1000 dollar bill about to go to collections just for some routine blood work all because the office staff never sent the right code to insurance. I followed up multiple times and no action from them. Avoid this place at all costs

Shiva Meftah Dr. Moosavi spends time with you and listen to your concerns. He is exceptionally professional and attentive to your needs. He also has a enjoyable sense of humor. Dr. Moosavi goes above and beyond to help you. He has an excellent bedside manner. I believe he is one of the best doctor. Highly recommend!

Jacqui From the check in out to scheduling the next appointment, it was courteous, professional, not rushed or overwhelmed. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and yes, bilingual. I feel confident Ive made a good choice with Agape Family Health.

Sheryl Beavers The image department did a thorough exam. The imaging tech was very competent and did a great job. I also had an ultrasound done to rule out cancer. The Dr. was knowledgeable and kind. Would recommend this hospital for care. Check in was easy. Everyone was was very nice and accommodating.

Orville Chapman Scheduled for some tests, I arrived, checked in and before I could get good and settled in the waiting area, I was called back to the imaging department. The staff was pleasant and friendly. The moment they greeted me their professionalism shone through. Everyone got right to work and completed my screening in less than an hour. The staff even put up with my lame humor and we all had a few good laughs. St. Vincent’s is a great facility and gets an A+ from me.

Jennifer Henderson 4 years ago when I went here I loved it. Recommended everyone to come here. But now? Drastic downhill change. Its horrible here. Theres no control in the waiting room. Other patients being rude and staff doing nothing about it. Staff not making notes on my file when I tell them to NOT book me with ANY other doctor then the one I named. But yet.... Im still getting scheduled with other doctors. None of the staff, nurses and doctors included really care. Theyre a very free select few who do. Unfortunately I havent seen any today. Def NOT a doctors office Id recommend to ANYONE!

Stephanie Williams Dr.Stewart is by far one of the best Doctors Ive ever had. He actually cares for every patient.He will listen to you and your concerns and answer your questions to make sure you understand whats going with a smile on his face hes never grouchy! Ive never seen such a welcoming doctor who is always so concerned for their patients..and dont get me started on Robert he is amazing ! I swear these men are Godsend! Robert helps keep with everything and is so patient listens to every complaint or concern I have going on at the time. Explains stuff and then he explains what to expect and how theyll treat it. If I forget a appointment which I am bad at lol he is patient never ever rude and just calls to remind me and reschedule me for virtual if I need to. Any paperwork is always done right then or in a very quickly manner never have to wait like other doctors office.The nurses are always so sweet and warm.They rotate so i dont get to spend a lot of time with just one but they are all always kind and sweetThey treat you like family here I am so grateful for the care they give. jim russo My recent visit to the Davis Building was regarding x-rays and a consult in lieu of bilateral total knee replacement. I was very nervous but was soon relieved upon entering the Davis Building I went to the help desk for directions I checked in at the appointment desk I was allowed to go up to the X-ray area early and was at the waiting area for the consult shortly thereafter the x-rays. Let me just say every step of the way I was greeted with a smile and confidence. The building was extremely clean and the air conditioning was very very comfortable.. the x-ray department was unbelievably accommodating and when I met with the doctor he answered all my questions. I had not one issue. I hope you have the same kind of experience that I did. Im looking forward to going back tomorrow to speak to an orthopedic surgeon.JR

Michael Bodine Never again. I thought Mayo was supposed to be the best of the best.. yet their level of service is awful. I called and left a message with the nurse station early this morning at 8:58am with a post-procedure medical concern; it is now 5:12 pm and no one called me back. I called at 4:30pm and spoke to some lady who told me to give it until the end of day and if I don’t hear back call in the morning…. Not what you want to hear when you have a medical concern and it’s basically already the end of day. I know Jacksonville as a whole has an apathetic attitude towards work but come on, you are a medical facility and people are concerned and scared about their health…. Show some empathy at the very least. I guess I’ll sit around worried all night again. The second star is for Dr. Gundian - at least he is cool.

Jason Sogan I was visiting from out of town and got a sore throat. I was able to walk in without an appointment and get seen within a few minutes. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Ed was able to run tests and get me treated very quickly. This was one of the best urgent care experiences Ive had.

Renee Davis Came in for strep throat but ended up being a viral infection..the office was clean, employees were attentive and Mr Ed was the best!! Great location and convenient to my home..I with recommend Amelia Urgent Care!! Keep up the great work!!

Ramona Houston From the moment I walked through the door at the ER, I was greeted with kindness and uplifting care. A great deal of stress relief was felt immediately. There was not a single person in the hospital staff that was not pleasant and helpful from beginning to the hour I was released on Thursday evening. Professional, kind, knowledgeable and caring applied to all of your staff. In that I have no family here, it gave me a great sense of relief.

Elizabeth Dixon If getting a blood draw at a lab can be pleasant, this experience at Baptist Beaches Outpatient Lab was! Check-in/registration was easy and efficient, the facility is beautiful and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, there was practically no wait time, and believe it or not, I barely felt the needle go in by the very capable technician. I even found a nearby parking space in front of the main entrance. Test results were in my Baptist online portal by the end of the same day!

James Brian I brought my wife to this urgent care at 8:00pm Sunday evening because she felt dizzy and faint. She thought she was going to pass out. The check in counter rep did fine by getting us seen quick, but the first nurse my wife got to see was absolutely horrible. Very condescending and rude to my wife’s needs. My wife finally said something about her attitude and the nurse said; fine I will leave. And left her in the room with me. About to pass out. I could t believe she just left her. I did say it was bullshit when I asked her if she was really leaving. Next thing we’re being interviewed by security. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional! The rest of the team did fine, but have some compassion for each patient individually and get rid of the unprofessional nurses!

Nancy Quinones I went yesterday around 7:30 am, after the night before I found a nod at my neck. First, your system went down and the receptionist told me she didnt know how much I have to pay or it was covered from my Ambetter, then they call me immediately. It was something a few minutes from 8 am. The nurse was so helpful and polite. She placed the cuff on my arm to check on my blood pressure and the equipment to measure my heart. After she finished, a few minutes after 8 am, she told me that the doctor was coming shortly and left. It took the first 15 minutes, 30 minutes 45 minutes, 1 hour!!! Nobody came to attend to me, and there was only 1 patient in front of me. Tired to wait, gently, I did remove the cuff from my arm and the tape from my finger and left. Nobody reached me out, nobody asked me anything. I will call my insurance to see if you dare to bill them for services that I never received. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANY EMERGENCY TO NOBODY. THEY DONT TAKE GOOD CARE OF THE PATIENTS AND ITS A SHAME BECAUSE THIS IS A NEW HOSPITAL AT THE AREA. BAD START DOING BUSINESS.

Judy Baker Excellent facilities & Staff. Beautiful view from his room. Our Emotional Support Service dog was allowed with me at all times. I can’t say enough about the excellent service, treatments, Staff & food. We will always use Baptist Health as our medical team.

From making me feel better to their kindness and concern and I’ve come in contact with so many people that work here and they’re amazing…. You don’t get that everywhere which is why I try to avoid hospitals even in dire need. Thank you thank you for making me feel comfortable and better.

Alexis Bogosian, DVM Our newborn was diagnosed with congenital hypothyroidism so we were referred to Nemours to see Dr. Benson. Our entire experience was wonderful. Parking was easy, front desk staff was pleasant and kind, and Dr. Benson was compassionate and put our minds at ease. I am happy to have such an educated and caring team for our new baby.

Carrie Conn-Gregory Excellent care of my children all the time! They were able to get my son in as an urgent fillow up the day after his ER visit, which is not usually my experience anywhere! Very compassionate and professional staff from the scheduler to the Docs. Thank you all so much!

Neal Thomson We moved my father to this facility after 20 really disappointing days of no progress at a place called Fountains at Mill Cove. My father was recovering from 3 spine surgeries, the most serious being a laminectomy to repair an AVM. He went into the first place unable to transfer from a wheelchair, and they wanted to send him home in the same condition. Fountains kept him for 20 days, but he made almost no progress. Brooks had him for 20 days, and released him to another rehab center (River City Nursing and Rehab) actually able to walk 4-5 steps. We went with that facility recommended by Brooks, and 60 days later, my father walked back into his house, including climbing the stairs at the front. He has been living independently for the last year.

J Bull My PCP left the facility. No one from the facility called me to advise that she had left. 7mar25 I tried to get prescription refilled early in the morning. Later in the afternoon I checked and it was not approved, waiting on Doctor. Further searching revealed that my PCP had left and I was assigned another PCP not near me. Now I can’t get my prescription filled and have to rush to find a PCP closer to me. I have been there over 30 years. Thank You for caring.

Sam I was scheduled 2 month ago to bee seen by my doctor today 12/26/24 went to my appointmen with severe pain the lady at the reception told me that my doctor was not there and I cant be seen by another doctor. Ive never received any notice cancelation or reschedule to my appointment

Lily Evans I would give this place -10000 stars. if you love your loved one do NOT take them to St. Vincent’s if you want them to receive actual care. The treatment has been disrespectful to say the least. They do not check if you need water, pillows, sheets. they do not care if you haven’t had a bath in over a week. they do not care how severely dehydrated you are. There is no care provided , you must plead for everything. There is absolutely NO communication amongst care teams. Scheduled medications were missed, call light response time is shocking at night. Everyone walks around like “well what are you doing here” when the patient has stage 4 cancer & cannot move, adjust, or care for themselves. If you walk out of your loved ones room, they go in there & try & discharge them. the patient couldn’t even get into a car if they tried. they can’t even move in their bed. the care is truly LAUGHABLE. it’s inhumane. it truly seems like no one knows what they are doing. i would never allow another loved one to set foot in this trash “establishment” again. & i have heard this before but it wasn’t my choice on where to send my parent. i thought orange park medical center was the worst but they at least treat you like a human & make sure you have the items you need. every person that walked into the room it was like they had never even glanced at the patients chart. I wondered why the cancer specialists advised us not to go through their hospital. WELL NOW I SEE WHY. i would steer extremely clear.

Rosemarie Abrahamson I was seen twice and except for the long waiting time my treatment by the staff was very professional. I thought that Taylor Lenard , PA was excellent in her care for me. She was very thorough and concerned about my health. I have been treated by many PA’s but have never had anyone as caring and thorough with my treatment. I highly recommend this young lady as being and effective and caring health professional. She deserves recognition for her ability to put a patient at ease and confident that the treatment received above the norm. Thank you for the care received. She took the time to address all my concerns about my illness.

Brandi Spencer I am currently going through having cancer and this office has been the absolute BEST!!!!! Especially the office manager Andi. She calls me every couple days to check on me she is helping me fight for my health. I can call anytime and she helps me through taking care of whatever I need done. Being told you have cancer is the hardest thing a person ever has to hear. BUT this office has made it a little easier. The people and the doctors do not just treat you like another patient on the books. They treat you like family they truly care about you and what you are going through. Im only 28 years old being told I have cancer but this office has made me feel better about what I am going through because they truly care. This is the best place you could possibly go! I could not be more grateful for them during this hard time.

Kristine Perkins Phone etiquette was awful. I tried to make an appointment and she complained when I asked for the doctor that I was recommended by my dermatologist. She basically told me she is only one person and laughed. Then said her next appointment is in 2027. Never made an appointment. Very rude.

Mark & Sue Richey Dr. Traveria and his staff are the absolute best around. Dr. Traveria goes above and beyond in addressing every detail relating to my visit. Hes very easy to talk to and always give his utmost attention, never rushing through the visit.I drive almost an hour each way to see him, and its more than worth it. I feel so fortunate to have this quality of doctor as my primary care physician and hope to continue seeing Dr. T for the duration of my life. Our entire family feels the same.

Tamera / Tammy Collins update: lately, I am disappointed that you cannot call and leave a message OR leave a message on "My Chart". None of them are answered. I am not sure where the ball is dropped, but even when you call and speak to a nurse, no one calls you back or replies. I think this is something that should be addressed. I have been seeing Dr. Traveria for years. I feel he is very dependable, takes the time to listen when you are speaking and will order test and/or procedures whenever needed. He has always been prompt in advising me of test results and providing information that I need to better my health. I have read many of the other reviews where they had to wait and even though there is a wait at times, he ensures that each patient is given the same care and respect as the one before or after them. He is through and communicates very well.

Toni Brown Agape Community Health has been an amazing part of my healthcare team. Each Practitioner that I have seen in their network has been a blessing to me. They’ve gone above and beyond to help me manage my condition and get me connected to the specialists that can aid in my care. The staff is always pleasant!

Ibeth Torres Gonzalez Terrible service. If your child has the flu, you can bring him here just as you can go to CVS for something for his cough. But if he really needs care and good service, its better to go somewhere else. The doctors have no knowledge and the treatment is mediocre. In short, they are not a good health center.
