1 /5 Boston Leemyers: I called to let them know a life saving medication that they prescribed me could not be filled by any pharmacy. They refused to send a note to the doctor so they were aware to stop prescribing this medication unless you are intentionally setting patients up for failure. The nurse said it was my problem not hers & hung up the phone on me mid sentence. Do not waste your time with a facility that only wants your money and has no desire to help you. s

1 /5 Jay Brown: So I found out my friend was here so I tried calling the hospital to check on him to see how he was doing and what was going on. But when I spoken to an older lady on the phone she said I can’t tell any information on any patients that’s here unless I’m on the emergency contact lists. So then finally after two days luckily his mom got him out and found I was on the lists. They just didn’t want to do there job. They were extremely unprofessional, lazy, dishonest people. Don’t ever come and you got to fight tooth and nail just to find out information

1 /5 Gio De Los Reyes: Hello world! There is no honesty. No integrity in this facility. I was diagnosed with Schizophrenia in 2017. The honest truth is that my parents found my LSD and brought me to this psychiatric ward, they lied about my condition saying things like I was agitated or I talked to myself, and this was far from the truth. I was enjoying my psychedelic experiences. I am one of those fortunate few, I am from the Philippines and had I not moved to the united states, I might have not ever experienced true friends and the wonders that LSD can do. Bottom line is antipsychotics mediate the effects of LSD and other psychedelics. If you enjoy your privacy and autonomy I recommend staying as far away from this place as possible. Merry Christmas!

1 /5 Devin C: My friend was recently admitted to this place and informed me I tried to call the hospital to get updates. I was transferred over to front desk and guess what?? The front desk lady told me that she couldnt provide any info on patient and hung up! Nothing else just flat out click off the phone. Just to find out over the next 2 days from my friend after they got out they tried to keep him longer. Look up Baker Act!! This place has a low rating for a reason please think twice about this place.

1 /5 hector pabon: Tried to call my friend back who called from this facility specifically. Some bitter front desk woman hung up on me the first time. Told me they had no information on the patient. The third time I’m obviously annoyed I think she muttered her name was diana, the front desk woman. she has some rude attitude persisting they have no information when the patient literally called me from their facility. 0 inquiry to who I was or why I was calling terrible customer service I can see AI taking her job

There is no doubt he saved and extended my life. It ended up being a great adventure for me, thanks to his experience, knowledge, caring and compassion. His personal staff are very smart and attentive . Felicia, helped me constantly through it all. Her kindness, energy and support were endless. I am indeed very thankful that they were there for me.

HCA Florida Gainesville Emergency - Gainesville Manee Shrestha: I just went here Dec7 last week.The service was very fast and clean with new building. I was taken in very quickly in the bed. The nurses , doctors and staffs were so kind and amazing. I got my results for CT and Urinary infection immediately but I ‘m still waiting for my blood test result now. I hope so I will get it soon . Thank you so much.!!

HCA Florida Gainesville Internal Medicine Physicians - Gainesville Marites Ramos: I loved this clinic when Dr Rios was here. Dr Rios and his nurse Ashley are fantastic. Unfortunately, we got passed on when he retired. We haven’t passed the front desk yet and I can say it is the worse experience. Not a friendly clinic at all anymore.

I was immediately greeted by friendly staff and never had to wait. The entire visit from start to finish, every interaction, was comforting and reassuring. I got the care I needed in the most compassionate way. And as a patient feeling miserable, this meant everything. Thank you.

UF Health Medical Plaza - Gainesville Robert Johnson: The pediatric on 2nd floor and staff were great... it wasnt until I grabbed lunch with my family at the Subway there and became of victim of racism from the African American woman with a face piercing. If the roles reversed Im sure things would have turned out differently. She needs to be fired immediately.

UF Health Family Medicine - Main - Gainesville Sheeds L: I had what they consider “An Annual” appointment, but It did not feel like an annual appointment at all! The provider Nicole Mathew came into the appointment unprofessional with a dress on and a hoodie with the hospital name on it. She kept asking me what I came in here for and I told her an annual for you to check me. She asked what test I wanted. I really didn’t know. I’m from out of state and the doctor usually tells me all the test I need. When I asked if she was going to physically check me she said “oh yeah” then proceeds to listen to my heart and my lungs then puts 2 fingers on my stomach and sent me on my way! It was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a provider!

North Florida / South Georgia Veterans System - Gainesville Patrick Weir: These people are nasty and the most unhelpful group I’ve ever worked with. Every person I talk to speaks to me like they’re doing a favor to me to check on the status of something. Government at work at it’s finest!

HCA Florida West End Emergency - Newberry Jorge Villaverde: The entire ER crew were outstanding! I had a nasty deep gash on my hand that required sutures. I was tended to immediately with no delays. They multi tasked very well as a team and I had the most pleasant and quick visit to an ER in my entire life. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and EFFICIENT! They also called the next day to follow up and see how I was doing. I can go on but I want to keep this short and sweet.
