Anthony G: It’s official; my dental hygienist Tracy, Dr. Chris, and the whole awesome staff here cured my fear of the dentist! Only took until I was almost 40, lol. I am someone with sensory needs, and they were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating from the moment I stepped into the waiting area. All the people working up front are super polite and made me feel welcome. Tracy cleaned my teeth perfectly over 2 visits and my mouth couldn’t feel better. Already looking forward to my 6-month appointment! Thank you everyone at Beautiful You Dental for taking care of me!

JOSE DUPREY: Before You Book at Bright Now Dental, Read This – It Could Save You Time and Embarrassment This is a lengthy review, but taking a couple of minutes to read it could save you from wasting time and experiencing the same uncomfortable and embarrassing situation my wife and I went through at Bright Now Dental in Palm Bay, Florida. My wife and I scheduled routine cleanings at Bright Now Dental, expecting a straightforward visit. Instead, we were only given a checkup and presented with expensive treatment recommendations. At no point were we told how much a standard cleaning would cost, nor were we informed that a deeper cleaning might be necessary. A few weeks later, we returned for our scheduled cleanings, only to be told upon arrival that we both needed deep cleanings instead—something we were never warned about in our first visit. The price was far more than we anticipated, making it impossible for us to proceed. When I sat down in the dental chair, the dentist checked my gums and repeated the same thing—I needed a deep cleaning, and a standard one was no longer an option. I felt pressured and put on the spot when I was told my only choices were to pay the high price or get a refund. At that moment, I knew this wasn’t about patient care—it was about upselling expensive procedures. Frustrated and embarrassed, I asked for my refund and walked back to the receptionists desk, where I felt like I was being treated as a bothersome inconvenience rather than a valued patient. Shortly after, I received a call from a representative asking why my wife had canceled her appointment. I explained that we had shown up for our scheduled back-to-back cleanings but could not go through with them due to the unexpected high price. Had we been informed before scheduling, we could have planned accordingly or rescheduled to a later date to ensure we had the proper funds. Instead, our time was wasted. To make matters worse, I was told a manager would reach out to me right away, but it took several days to receive a voicemail that only acknowledged my refund—not the real issue. This was an unprofessional, sales-driven experience rather than a patient-centered one. If youre looking for honest dental care, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Transparency, professionalism, and patient trust should come first—not misleading sales tactics. Update: A Generic Response Proves My Point After sharing my experience, I received a generic, copy-paste response from the owner, saying: "If you would like to provide any additional information, please reach out to our team directly at"—without even listing a phone number or email. This reinforces my concerns that Bright Now Dental is not interested in real customer service or accountability. If they truly wanted to resolve the issue, they would have addressed my actual concerns instead of directing me to an empty response that leads nowhere. This experience wasn’t just about money—it was about transparency, patient care, and being treated with respect. Based on their lack of concern, I stand by my original review and strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you want honest and upfront dental care.

The cleaning was performed perfectly with full attention by Stephani and I appreciate her interest in her work and my health from the bottom of my heart. Michele is also very caring staff member and she scheduled me for an earlier appointment vs waiting several months. Thanks a lot to such caring staff members. J R: This place is a complete and utter joke! The décor is so overpowering the second you walk in...they went for a regal look. Big everything. Small office space though so its just too much. Besides, worry more about the patients and not if the office looks nice or not. Its a dentist office, why so much crap. The management (docs husband) really has NO idea what he is doing. Runs around all day, in and out of office. The lack of steady staff is understandable when you dont train properly because no one knows what they are doing. You cant get proper help if you cant sit long enough to show someone what needs to be done and answer questions. Mayle is a sweetheart, but they rely TOO much on her and she is worn thin. Ive never been to a dentist and had such a quiet visit...my old place we talked (she talked, I mumbled really) the entire time...we got to know each other... Cunningham is nice enough from what Ive seen, but the hygienist have to be too. And this place just doesnt seem welcoming at all. They dont do Nitrous oxide...they have it, just let the license expire because they didnt want to deal with it anymore. Too expensive overall for them. Not enough profit. Oh, and make sure you verify your appointment here... otherwise THEY WILL cancel on you!!! This is why I stay away from small, privately owned business like this. All about the money and getting butts in chairs... no cares given about the people themselves.

Elizabeth Bond: Just like others on here if I can give a negative star I would. I brought my seven year-old son here because he broke a tooth and had been in pain for three days. We are self-pay and it’s known because it’s in the chart. My son went back and they returned with his treatment plan stating that they can put a crown on a baby tooth. My husband asked that since it’s a baby tooth if they can just extract it because we couldn’t afford the $500 for a crown. The person who spoke to my husband said they would speak to the dentist and then came back saying they are not willing to extract tooth that he recommends putting a crown on it although it is a baby tooth and will fall out with the crown anyways. My husband said that’s exactly the point it’s a baby tooth and it’s going to fall out anyways so why not just extract it since the crown was too expensive. I’ve read other reviews that stated they do extractions on baby teeth, so I don’t understand why they denied us that option. My son was sent home to experience even more pain while we look for another dentist that is sympathetic to self-pay patients who can’t afford the high price of a crown on a baby tooth that is going to fall out either way. I don’t understand how other patients with the same situation get their tooth extracted, but our son was denied the relief of not having a broken tooth and being in pain. Not to mention the fact that my son is susceptible to an infection because of the broken tooth and instead of helping they just sent us on our way to look for a second opinion and a referral to a dentist in Orlando that would cost even more money, leaving us with no option, but to come back to them. But we won’t be back. I will be filing a complaint with the Florida Board of Dentistry and with my complaint, I am going to add all of the reviews that have our sons similar situation where they helped and extracted the tooth.
