5 /5 ChristyColbertOwens: Heres an update for you 1 year later........READY????? On the day of my appt, I was told by his nurse to stay home until I hear from her. Next thing I know I was receiving a call from Dr Blunck & this man yelled & screamed at me blaming me because I wasnt there & I wasted his time & I would have to reschedule with one of his associates. I was so upset & yes I cried because he blamed me for not being there when actually it was his nurse who said to stay home until I hear back from her. I never returned. I went & saw a surgeon @ UF Health North & my surgery went well & a year later Im doing just fine. My recent appt with Dr Hans Blunck, UF Gastro Surgeon @ UF Health, was awesome. Actually, from the moment me & my son walked thru the Faculty Clinic doors for my appt, the staff was very personable with excellent customer service. Once I was checked in on the 2nd floor, I was immediately taken back to an exam room, vitals & history were taken & within 5 mins Dr Blunck walked in He greeted me with a friendly attitude & hand shake. He was patient, understanding, took his time & didnt rush me. I highly recommend Dr Hans Blunck to anybody who needs to have their gallbladder removed. Ill post an updated review once the surgery is completed.

3 /5 Yurizan: I have been in this hospital for seven days with my mother who has pneumonia. The tension with the nurses and doctors has been very good and efficient, but the Hospital administration keeps the hospital with very hot air and no type of ventilation enters the room. There is no fresh air, it is like being in a caldera. It is incredible that they have no regard for human beings.

It was by appointment only and very well organized with clear directions and many people standing by to provide directions and assistance where needed. Everything went smoothly and we were in and out quickly. So far, so good.

5 /5 Barbara Crews: I just left UF had 2 appointments today. 1st cardiology had heart echo done, 2nd appointment was with Dr. Rodriguez in dermatology. Scheduling some surgery. These doctors are amazingly awesome and beyond they really care about there patients. Just can not say enough on how great they all are. I really appreciate them from the bottom of my ❤️. It does not matter to them from which walk of life you come from they sincerely do care.

UF Health Emergency & Urgent Care Center - Lane Avenue - Jacksonville James Brian: I brought my wife to this urgent care at 8:00pm Sunday evening because she felt dizzy and faint. She thought she was going to pass out. The check in counter rep did fine by getting us seen quick, but the first nurse my wife got to see was absolutely horrible. Very condescending and rude to my wife’s needs. My wife finally said something about her attitude and the nurse said; fine I will leave. And left her in the room with me. About to pass out. I could t believe she just left her. I did say it was bullshit when I asked her if she was really leaving. Next thing we’re being interviewed by security. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional! The rest of the team did fine, but have some compassion for each patient individually and get rid of the unprofessional nurses!

Mayo Clinic Gastroenterology and Hepatology - Jacksonville Ashley Remy: If I could give zero stars I would I am now suing for medical negligence. This is supposed to be the best place In the country and if you want doctors to completely ignore you gaslight you and try and say your abdominal pain is mental. Spend hours and go here. This place is awful they have been zero help every single time. The doctors could care less about their patients. Absolutely traumatizing and horrific place

Plus they slow a criminal by the name of Dr Danny Vo to prove there. It Benn a year since my surgery and they have never returned my calls. Danny Vo is a criminal and they Baptist South allow him to practice there. Stay away from that hospital..

Kristen Stewart | MD Total Dermatology Care Center - Jacksonville Brandi Spencer: I am currently going through having cancer and this office has been the absolute BEST!!!!! Especially the office manager Andi. She calls me every couple days to check on me she is helping me fight for my health. I can call anytime and she helps me through taking care of whatever I need done. Being told you have cancer is the hardest thing a person ever has to hear. BUT this office has made it a little easier. The people and the doctors do not just treat you like another patient on the books. They treat you like family they truly care about you and what you are going through. Im only 28 years old being told I have cancer but this office has made me feel better about what I am going through because they truly care. This is the best place you could possibly go! I could not be more grateful for them during this hard time.

UF Health Family Medicine and Pediatrics - New Berlin - Jacksonville andrea guillen: Doctor Cuevas and the other doctors are great. The service is just horrible you. I always come 10 minutes before my appointment and we dint get seen till more than 30 minutes or more after our appointment time. It’s a constant thing low staff.

Baptist Primary Care - Julington Creek - St Johns Natasha: I just LOVE it here! Jennifer Scott is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The staff has always been super friendly and I even got my children transferred here and now my husband. Seeing Jennifer just makes my day and she is always sweet and positive! I came feeling like death around the corner (a bit dramatic lol) and left with hope and life. Thank you so much!
