1 /5 CG1011 G.: Worst gel manicure Ive ever had, on top of that, horrible customer service. The lady doing my nails was speaking very loud the entire time like she was angry about something. Soaked my nails for 1 min & didnt remove cuticles properly. When she started polishing my nails she did it so quick. When she was done with the 1st hand I asked if I can change the color (nicely). She said I need to pay attention to what color I want. I told her she never let my hand go for me to see. She said no its because I was on the phone so I needed to pay attention. She got up complaining about my hands not being relaxed. A man sits to start polishing and tells me she couldnt finish cause my hands were tense. Really?! He polished very sloppy. I have gel on my cuticles. Dont come here if you want a relaxing manicure.
Waste of my money & time.
