5 /5 Richard Williams: Mr. Val and staff have always provided exceptional customer service, and most importantly, demonstrated professional service skills to my vehicles. His work and expertise in the auto-mechanic industry are A-1 and top-notch. His service prices are affordable, where hes just an honest guy, in my humble opinion. He has serviced my mothers cars, as well as my late fathers vehicles. Weve never had any complaints. Even if our vehicles have to remain in his care for a few days, he provides full servicing to ensure our vehicles are in perfect working condition to operate on road ways. Weve rarely had to return due to errors and or faulty repairs. That is, when he repairs them on the first go round, were "good to go." So far, so good. Overall, thanks again Mr. Val and staff for always taking the time out of your busy schedules to work with us, in order to maintain the health and upkeep of our motor vehicles. 1 /5 Melissa Rocks: Val’s auto shop couldn’t diagnose a bad fuel filter. Even Val’s wife thinks the employees are incompetent because she wanted me to put it in writing and agree that that’s not all that could be wrong with my car. At first they said it was the fuel filter then they said I need a whole fuel pump assembly. I took it to Kia and they replaced it the fuel filter for free with an extended warranty because of a lawsuit that settled for the faulty fuel pumps and filters. I’m out 140 dollars without a diagnosis. Kia was way more competent and civilized. Just because we live in a small area doesn’t mean small town friendliness.

5 /5 rmjank: Its been a couple months now, but I have not forgotten the great treatment provided me by Vals. Our car broke down on the way up from the Tampa area, I kinda figured it was the alternator (been there, done that), and they confirmed it. By the time the replacement part arrived... we had to stay an extra night in the hotel, and honestly they seemed more disappointed about it than I was (and by the way, the nearby Quality Inn is another place I recommend!). The bill was fair, the car was clean and running fine, and all in all they made a situation that no one wants to be in a little more bearable. Thanks again, guys!

5 /5 Gina Pitocchelli ARNP: I am so pleased to have found this wonderful place! I have 2010 Suburban that is rather fickle and was leaking gas. The dealership quoted me 5K to repair! I asked Shane at Vals if they would assess it and they did! They were honest, upfront with fee and it was less than 1K to repair. I had an issue later after picking it up and they addressed that too!!! everyone was kind, informative and very professional! Vals is my new auto repair and I will be spreading the word of their efficiency! Thank you Vals!
