5 /5 Tim Carney: Hello! I had my first appointment with Vero Orthopedics this afternoon. I was extremely satisfied with the staff and the facility in general. The ladies that checked me in were very helpful and courteous. The assistant that took me back to the exam room was very cool and funny. She asked all the right questions. I had to get a few X-rays while I was there - I believe his name is Kevin (?) - very professional, easy to talk with, and made it so easy. Alex Dees PA-C // Awesome person - very down to earth. He explained everything in a way that made it easy to understand. He took the time to sit with my wife and I and explain everything that was going on and what his concerns were. Definitely recommend!!! Couldn’t ask for a better group of people to help us. I look forward to going back. All positive all around in my book. I couldn’t eat to get home to post my review. Thanks again!!!

5 /5 Joseph Urella: I was extremely pleased with my experience today with Dr. Constant. I was taken into the exam room on time and Dr. Constant reviewed my X-rays. He took his time explaining his findings and listened to my concerns & questions. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Constant.

Gabby, Michelle, Kaitlin, Pam and all of the team at the physical therapy center upstairs are fantastic at what they do. They had me back to my prior level of function in great time while caring about my progress every step of the way.

1 /5 Barbara Silvestri: If I could give a zero rating I would. Very cold reception. The doctor was cold and rushed. Left me without answering my questions or concerns. I was left on the table without anyone helping me off. I called out to the hall for help but no one ever responded to my calls. I was being seen for an ankle injury and I am visually impaired. Great way to treat an elderly woman. Wheres the compassion? Wheres the respect? If you want to be treated like a herd of animals this place is for you. If you want to be treated like a human I suggest you go elsewhere. Extremely disappointing!

Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital Gastroenterology - Vero Beach Donald Pollie: I made close to 9 calls to schedule an appointment. 1st referral no longer takes patients, 2nd appointment they made with a Dr who had poor reviews & I canceled appointment & scheduled a 2nd colonoscopy. 2 weeks before I called to find out where and discovered my appointment was not on the books, no explaination why. So I made a third appointment only to have a nurse call and say I was not due until Nov even though my PCP referred me and my insurance company assured me timing was not an issue. So I called back twice with no results. 2nd representative didn’t no why and I was told a nurse would call back the same day, no return call. Brings me to today with a call of over 30 minutes waiting for an answer. I have never been given a concrete answer why I need to wait until Nov contrary to all evidence otherwise. I canceled my appointment, this system is broken.

Indian River Medical Center Cardiology - Vero Beach Richard Pouch: Impossible to get an appointment. Left more than 6 phone messages with reception. 3 messages with scheduler. Two on line requests. Nothing!!! Hope to stop in next week in-person. Maybe that will help.

William Kane, M.D. - Vero Beach Evelyn Sochor: My dear husband has been seeing Dr. Kane for sometime and my husband feels comfortable to talk freely, he always is treated professionally, with empathy and concern. Dr. Kane is highly intelligent doesnt miss anything and remembers everything about my husband due to his age and multiple health issues. Dr. Kane is highly recommended by many doctors in the area, his nurses are second to none. Once again we are very lucky to have such a fine specialist in Vero Beach.

Starting at the front desk where the staff was kind and courteous all the way to the Doctor’s waiting room. I was particularly impressed by Yanique who took my vitals and Shaquerra who got some samples from me and last but not least my Doctor Mrs smith who was very thorough and knowledgeable, she didn’t leave any stone unturned . Overall it was an amazing experience, keep up the good work!

Indian River Primary Care: Curtis Dalili, M.D. - Vero Beach Gregory Forrer: Dr Dalili is part of the team that saved my life. I am approaching 7 years since diagnosis of pancreatic cancer. I may not be a religious miracle but I am a miracle of medicine.

Veterinary Medical Center of Indian River County - Vero Beach Kelcie Dekker: I have utilized their emergency services twice as well as their general veterinary services (many times, hah) as well as their boarding service —and I have zero complaints! The property is clean and the staff is very friendly. I would recommend this establishment to all pet moms and dads in Vero. Casey & Doctor Flowers deserve pay raises because they go above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and supported during our visits.

Vero Beach VA Clinic - Vero Beach JAFO 72: Ive been in the VA Healthcare system as a patient for over 10 years. This is by far the worst CBOC I have encountered. Twice I have driven 30+ minutes for a scheduled appointment, only to be told upon arrival that its a virtual appointment or conference call. There was nothing in the appointment schedule to let me know. The receptionists are rude and could care less about the Veterans there.

Indian River Primary Care: William Arnold, M.D. - Vero Beach Jesse Christal: One of the worst facilities in vero. I wouldn’t take my dogs there for yearly shots. Doctors are pompous and DONT listen to their patients needs! Completely disgusted by all of them! Avoid this place like the plague

Indian River County Marathon Health Center - Vero Beach Zach Glass: The staff and on-site doctor have been very helpful, and the services rendered have been so in a timely manner. I would (and have!) recommend this practice to any of my coworkers.
