My husband and I have been patients for some time now, and we recently switched our two children over. One of our children damaged his teeth and Dr. Haeussner eased our concerns with his responsiveness, care, and process. My son has his beautiful smile back. Not only are they wonderful with emergencies we appreciate the every 6 month check ins. We are so happy to be at Ponce de Leon Family Dentistry.

I currently dont have insurance and they treated me the same as they did 7 years ago when I was fully covered. I recently cracked a tooth and called their office (very upset mind you!) and the receptionist was quick to schedule me for the first appointment the following day. I was out in 25 mins and the cost was reasonable. I cant wait to get dental insurance soon to resume my regular cleanings (Ive NEVER said this before with any other dentist).

William Cone: I had the worst experience when visiting this dentist office! I was in pain from a couple of teeth and I asked the dentist to just pull both. He responded in such a nasty way saying" I am the dentist I do not let my patience tell me what to do". This guy was quite seniorly so I would expect he would have more experience on how to explain his reasoning for the better health of my teeth and mouth. This happened sometime ago but I just have to get this off my chest. Its still affect me to this day. It was painless Dr Douglas took her time to anesthetize and explain what she was doing during the procedure. Had a lot of dental work done and this was by far the best experience. One of my children recently needed a series of extractions as part of her orthodontic treatment plan, and Dr. Maria handled these procedures with such care and professionalism. When we first switched to Seaside, it was because I needed another option for my then almost 3 year old child, who struggled with decay and was unable to sit through appointments comfortably at another dental office.
