5 /5 Nicholas Gretz: Brought my car in to have them check a problem with a balding tire. In spite of them having a sign that clearly states a mimimum charge of 159, which I was comfortable paying, and the rep warning me that I would pay that fee just to have them tell me the issue without actually fixing it, which is specifically what I requested, the charged me nothing. Let me explain. The girl at the desk recommended that I get tires swapped first before having them touch it. I wanted to know if it was a simple alignment issue or a bigger problem, because I didnt want to spend a lot of money on nice tires if the suspension was damaged. But I was comfortable paying 160 bucks for peace of mind, if it turns out that it was in fact just a bad alignment. After waiting an hour and enjoying some complimentary keurig coffee, they told me it was just a bad alignment and didnt charge me. That was last week. Ive now got fresh tires and brakes and have them doing the alignment now. They gave me a realistic wait time, which I appreciate them being honest about a 2 to 3 hour wait. The girl at the counter even offered me some homemade Cuban coffee! 80 minutes later the alignment is done, and I didnt even get to finish writing this review lol This place has more than earned my future business and Ill send anyone their way.

1 /5 Kim “2XTREME”: Think I got ripped off. $1500 dollars and 100 miles down the road radiator failed, wouldnt reply to emails asking if there was a warranty. Called and was hung up on multiple times. Bad new radiator or they Jerry rigged my old one..... USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK. CHECK OTHER ONE AND TWO STAR REVIEWS. THEY HAVE LOTS IT TOOK YOU 3 MONTHS TO RESPOND? I was hung up on and no emails replied to. Not a salacious review and getting stranded on the highway was not fun and very dangerous. Say what you want but you either Jerry rigged it or it was a bad radiator you put in. What about all your other 1 star reviews? Those salacious as well? The ones saying your criminal? REALLY....

5 /5 Mod 1: Went to their oil change location on airport-pulling road and the tech noticed a low tire with an air leak. So after the oil change I drove to the main location on Domestic to have the tire repaired. I was told that I would have to wait about an hour for them to get to it for repair. I had no problem since I drove in without an appointment. As I was sitting in the waiting room, I noticed how nice and professional they handled their customers. Well after about an hour the nice lady working the front called my name and apologized for me having to wait an hour. That the tech working on my tire could not find a leak !!— that the whole problem was found when he put the valve stem cap back on and that is when he heard air coming out !! I had a bad valve stem cap !!! She apologized again and said “no charge” !!! I gave her some “cross Pennie’s” I made for her young family. She just had another baby girl about a year ago. I brought my Nissan Frontier in for a valve cover gasket leak, and while the repair didn’t go smoothly at first—they accidentally stripped a bolt and couldn’t finish the job that day—they made sure I wasn’t left in a tough spot. Instead of just apologizing and sending me on my way, they covered the cost of a rental car out of their own pocket so I could get to work. On top of that, they took full responsibility for the issue and covered the extra labor needed to fix it properly. It’s hard to find an auto shop that values its customers this much. In a time when true customer service is highly sought after, Windermere Sustainable Auto proves that integrity and accountability still exist in the industry. Highly recommend them for their professionalism and commitment to doing right by their customers!
