josh martin Super people here. Had to drive my fathers car back 1600miles and really didnt know the condition. Nick and his team did some minor maintenance and checked over everything. Gave me great peace of mind. Car ran great and even got some cool pics (abiding by the law) at the tail of the dragon.

Greg Smith THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE… the technician that worked on my stuff was super unprofessional and did a half a-word job. Never coming here again and I suggest that you don’t come here either. And the music drove me insane… my oil change took at least an hour and a half and I listened to gator country the whole time playing the same 2 or 3 songs it was awful. Who ever makes the decision to listen to the radio station is insane in the head and only cares about him self… only helpful kid there was a kid named Hayden… Ben had no idea what he was talking about and I didn’t even approach the other guy he looked way to pissed off like jeez smile every once and a while… anyways don’t come here ever! EVER!

Danielle Ward I cannot express how glad I am that guys like them still exist!!! These guys are wonderful!! They dont rip you off and they really fix your car!!! I have had multiple cars, with many problems, towed to them!! They always get it fixed and let me know whats up before they go to it!! Angelica Maysonet I was stuck in aldis parking lot with a bad radiator he just so happen to be at the store & asked if I needed help & checked it out for me. Turns out I needed a new radiator & he offered to replace it right then & there & I accepted.. I’m so greatful for him because he fixed my car in a store parking lot in the dark!! & he did an excellent job!

Don RIX Kevin at Action Automotive is incredible! Had a charging issue, jumped my 2014 Highlander and limped it over to his shop on a Sunday with the idea of calling the next day. Low and behold he was in the shop! By 2pm Monday I had a new battery installed, other charging systems checked and a nail in a tire repaired! I was missing one valve stem cover, (not the affected tire), he even replaced that! All at a very reasonable price. This is just one of a few positive transactions I have had with this outstanding business!

Andrew Johns Worst shop I have ever done business with! Tried to steal my car by attempting to charge me a CRAZY FEE of $1500 for a diagnosis fee to tell me my manual car needed a clutch! We ended up in court and the judge made them return my car (free of ANY charges) after a lot of wasted time! DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!!!!

Nicholas Gretz Brought my car in to have them check a problem with a balding tire. In spite of them having a sign that clearly states a mimimum charge of 159, which I was comfortable paying, and the rep warning me that I would pay that fee just to have them tell me the issue without actually fixing it, which is specifically what I requested, the charged me nothing. Let me explain. The girl at the desk recommended that I get tires swapped first before having them touch it. I wanted to know if it was a simple alignment issue or a bigger problem, because I didnt want to spend a lot of money on nice tires if the suspension was damaged. But I was comfortable paying 160 bucks for peace of mind, if it turns out that it was in fact just a bad alignment. After waiting an hour and enjoying some complimentary keurig coffee, they told me it was just a bad alignment and didnt charge me. That was last week. Ive now got fresh tires and brakes and have them doing the alignment now. They gave me a realistic wait time, which I appreciate them being honest about a 2 to 3 hour wait. The girl at the counter even offered me some homemade Cuban coffee! 80 minutes later the alignment is done, and I didnt even get to finish writing this review lol This place has more than earned my future business and Ill send anyone their way.

Incredible prices, very thorough and does not cut corners and a very friendly guy on top of it all. This place is special, a one off.

Jaime Ziadie Had a A/C blower & resistor replace and EVAC & Recharge done. Minel does EXCELLENT work he is extremely fair with his rates, and he is a great & very HONEST mechanic. I drove over 25-miles to go to his shop, but he proved well worth the drive!!!

Landon Comeau These guys are the real deal!! I went to Ford to get a quote to fix my AC and it was over $2500, typical dealership pricing. The Garage was recommended by a co-worker, called them up, dropped the car off the next morning, received a call for the quote and it was half the price. I can say, I have found my new garage for the 5 cars I have. Excellent Service and communication.

CMA Junior, who owns this shop is a great mechanic. He is an honest, professional and hard working guy. He fixed a really complicated issue I had with my Audis engine and cooling system for a very affordable price. He also fixed several issues with my Ford and Honda in a highly professional and efficient manner. I highly recommend avoiding the common high-priced flaky "stealerships" in Naples - and going to an honest and highly capable mechanic like Junior.

Douglas Price I had been told by Naples Audi that my Q8 needed rear brakes, I questioned that and decided to walk into this shop, immediately Adolfo was extremely helpful, said he seriously had doubts about needing brakes. He offered to have their Audi tech check out the car, $35 I said sure. Tim looked at the car, doesnt need brakes, 24,000 miles left at least and they didnt charge me. They were so accommodating that I got a price for 3 new tires. I had a nail in one a couple months earlier and Audi put a new one on, Adolfos price per tire was significantly less than Audi. Great service! Thanks, Ill be back!

Kathleen Cardin, CPM I cant attest to what kind of work these folks do, since they didnt work on my car. I was willing to pay their $179 diagnostic fee, but the mechanic took one look at my old Toyota and said he "didnt want to get involved" with it. Fortunately, I was able to find a real mechanic elsewhere who was able to diagnose and fix the problem (spark plugs and coils). What kind of mechanic cant do basic engine diagnostics?? I guess if youve got a brand new Lexus theyre interested in your business, but God forbid they might have to haggle with a rusty bolt? I was not impressed.

f seidenii Solid spot for your tires, and more. They have road force balance and do a great job. The guys working here seem like real pros. On the ball, with no nonsense. They dont screw around, which is want you need in a shop. If you are like me, you need road force balance. Especially if you do a lot of highway or high-speed driving. It is also a must if you have low profile tires or own a performance oriented car. Highly recommend!

Jennifer Gaine I had a 300 mile drive ahead of me, and a hungry pet at home. It was Thanksgiving weekend and every shop was closed until Monday. I left messages with a dozen shops and mobile mechanics explaining my emergency, and Paul was the only one who called me back. He was willing to give up his Saturday to make sure I got home quickly and safely. He replaced three parts, only charging me for the one he quoted me on, and I was home without a problem the same day. Highly recommend.

Kathleen Cherubini FABULOUS!! Living in Ohio most of the time with two college kids in SWFL - nice to know a mobile mechanic is available. For the service he provides, price is very reasonable; has solid communication and very knowledgeable about our “fleet” that ranges from my son’s 2000 Jeep Cherokee to a Porsche. Glad we found Collier Mobile mechanic.
