    Doug Kubit: I had my Ford Excursion 7.3 towed to Kings Service because it wasnt running right. I was visiting from out of town and had to return home to North Carolina, leaving the truck at Kings. Their website claims that they employ ASE certified professionals. If that was the case, they would have been able to diagnose the issue very quickly, rather than working on it for over a week, replacing parts that were "thought" to be the root cause. The technician told me that "I finally got it to throw a code". This is troubling for many reasons, the most obvious is that he had no idea how to hook up diagnostic software to a vehicle and verify outputs. 2 million of these motors were produced and there is abundant diagnostic and troubleshooting documentation. After changing multiple parts, changing the oil, and adding diesel fuel, it wasnt repaired. $3,500 of wasted time and effort. After having the truck towed to another shop, they found that the work done at Kings wasnt done correctly. Wiring harness was not connected correctly, oil pressure sensor was reading 1000 psi when the truck was off. Both of these things are basic issues that an "ASE Certified" mechanic would have been able to identify quickly. After flying back to Florida and picking up my Excursion at the second shop that had fixed it in 3 billed hours, I called Kings and let them know the findings. After a brief conversation with the owner, she said she would check with the technician and get back with me. No call back or attempt to make it right.

    D T: How this gentleman has a 4.7/ 5 stars rating on Google is beyond me. I would leave zero stars if that were even possible. Matt is very disrespectful not only to his customers but also to the family and friends of his customers. Threw the biggest hissy fit I have ever seen because I rejected the job for the price he quoted me and was visibly very upset when I politely asked him to move his truck because it was in the way of my freshly planted grass that needed sunlight. Mind you, I had given him a few bottles of water to make sure he felt welcome and was working in a comfortable environment. Even after this, he was still being rude and he finally moved his truck only to hear more muttering under his breath. Proceeded to send me furious text messages after I declined his services that included swear words. I would not recommend him to anyone. Heres a kind tip for you, sir: Dont step foot onto a customers house and act like you own the place. You don’t demand that I move other people’s cars when it is nowhere near the vehicle I asked you to look over. I do not owe you a red carpet.

    Brian Stephens: I’ve gone to Anderson 4x now for a flat on a Segway standing scooter. The tiny tires aren’t something I think they really Like to do? But impeccable work every time. I dropped it off around 1 and they had it ready by 4. It’s my primary source of transportation, so the turnaround time is Huge. And the lady that works the office is real cool. Oh, and Cats in the office. I liked it but just talk to somebody in the garage if you’re allergic.

    Ashlyn Piazzisi: Best auto shop in Bradenton! My car needed hoses replaced, an oil leak fixed, and a wheel bearing. The first shop I went to in Sarasota wanted to charge me $3600 total in repairs! They wanted to replace my shocks and struts which come to find out per TFC were perfectly fine. TFC got the repairs I need done for only $800. Jeffery Cripe is very knowledgeable and Sarah is excellent at the front desk. Their family has been in the auto industry for generations! As a young women I felt comfortable bringing my car here. 10/10 service.
