5 /5 Brian Stephens: I’ve gone to Anderson 4x now for a flat on a Segway standing scooter. The tiny tires aren’t something I think they really Like to do? But impeccable work every time. I dropped it off around 1 and they had it ready by 4. It’s my primary source of transportation, so the turnaround time is Huge. And the lady that works the office is real cool. Oh, and Cats in the office. I liked it but just talk to somebody in the garage if you’re allergic.

1 /5 Leon Z: I brought my scooter in for a drive belt replacement. I had it towed in by AAA. The scooter was running and all electricals were working before the tow in. They called me and told me the ignition switch was bad. I told them that it was OK before I had it towed in but they said it was damaged during towing. At any rate, I told them to go ahead and replace the ignition switch. She said initially that it would be around $200. They went ahead and did the work without notifying me of the potential total cost. The cost was $502 to replace the switch, a CDI and do some rewiring. (not including the $117 for the drive belt repacement). After i got home home I noticed that the turn signals, fuel gauge and brake lights arent working. I figure if I spend $500 for an ignition replacement, CDI and some rewiring that Id expect that the electrical (turn signals, fuel gauge and brake lights) that was working before the repair would be working correctly after the repair. I went to talk to the mechanic but he was busy and didnt want to be bothered with me. Ill just count this off as a loss and hope I can find someone who can find the correct ignition switch replacement as the one the mechanic installed doesnt work correctly (unless the rewiring job is the culprit).

After dealing with a nightmare experience at another shop, Danny and his team went above and beyond to diagnose and properly fix the oil leak issue on our vehicle. That the other place charged us for but didnt actually fix the leaking issue. Danny was honest, thorough, and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong, even showing us the poor work done by the previous shop. Despite the unexpected repairs, they were incredibly fair with pricing and even gave us a discount to help ease the burden. Communication was excellent, and they kept us updated every step of the way. If youre looking for a trustworthy and skilled auto repair shop, Anderson Auto is the place to go! Highly recommend!
