1 /5 GBB: Terrible customer service! We were in the store 30 minutes before closing and were told by the two employees that we could not try on the jeans we were wanting to buy because they were about to close. The male employee then told us that we could return the jeans of they did not fit. If customers are a bother, you should find a different job!

1 /5 Sheng Zou: Extremely unprofessional and rude manager. The company website allows for returning online order to store. But the manager refused even I brought paper receipt, order confirmation email containing the last 4 digits of my credit card and my exact same credit card used for pay the order. Will never do business with this band any more.
