1 /5 Jathynia Garcia: Bought a skirt 2 days ago- & when i got home I noticed it had a tear and had a dot stained - came back to exchange it and they didn’t have my size so I asked to refund it. Store has a no refund policy which I understand if you have enough inventory to exchange but they made no exceptions. Staff is untrained and had to call the owner who claims no refunds just store credit (i dont live here in the area) - then she states without the original tag - which i explained it was the last one when i bought it & guy had to look up a similar style to charge it- along with a hat that i also got for $55 which did not have a price either. Now im stuck with $180 purchase and a damaged product that they refuse to take back. Super unprofessional and will make sure to place a dispute on credit card so they are aware of this. STAY AWAY AND DONT BUY HERE. This is one of those places that are here for. Few months and then closes shop.
