1 /5 Cody Frank: I was forced to go in the store after not finding any clearly marked location for curbside pick up. The employee in the store was helpful, but I should not have had to go in to begin with. They either need to fix this or get rid of curbside pick up. Next time, I’ll just buy it on Amazon instead.

5 /5 Tammie Forbes: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I went into Dillard’s simply to make a return and had the absolute pleasure of meeting Maria in the lingerie department. What started as a routine errand turned into one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a very long time. Maria was friendly, kind, courteous, and genuinely complimentary. Her level of care and attention was far beyond what I expected. When I realized after getting home that I had purchased the wrong size, I called the store—and Maria didn’t hesitate. She personally gathered the correct size and set it aside behind the counter for me to pick up on Sunday. That kind of service is rare these days. Maria went above and beyond, and I am truly grateful for her kindness and professionalism. Dillard’s is fortunate to have someone like her, and I hope she receives the recognition she deserves.

5 /5 L D: Linda at The Avenues Dillards was amazing! I went to multiple different stores looking for a product and she found it for me within the first few minutes I entered the store! A great eye, great advice…I’m looking forward to going to see her again for more beauty advice! She helped me pick out great Christmas gifts too! Overall a very pleasant shopping experience. I can tell she loves what she does as well as helping out customers. Thanks again Linda!

Her professionalism and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and enjoyable—and she was so great that we ended up purchasing two perfumes/colognes. Outstanding customer service all around. I truly appreciated her help and would absolutely recommend working with her.

5 /5 Jamie: I stopped in for a dress and was helped by Melody, or Melonie, in the juniors dresses department. I hate that I forgot her name. She said she was the manager. Anyhow, she was wonderful! I never leave reviews for department stores but she was so great I had to take a minute to drop some positive feedback!
