4 /5 Adrienne Marshall: I’m really glad St. John’s has an Express! The store is a great option if you’re looking for something stylish but still wearable day-to-day. They usually have a nice mix of trendy pieces and wardrobe basics. Staff are consistently friendly and helpful without being pushy, which I really appreciate. The store is well laid out and easy to browse, though sometimes the sizing can be hit or miss depending on the shipment. Stock isn’t always super deep, so if you see something you love, grab it. Overall, a solid addition to the local shopping scene. It’s not a huge store, but it’s one I check out regularly.

1 /5 grace hendrix: I use this app just to come on & leave good reviews for companies but today i went into express for the first time & i have never in my life experienced such rude employees. I worked in clothing sales for 4 years, i get it. No one said hi or asked if we needed help. when i asked a question the responses were just so dismissive & straight up rude.

2 /5 Courtney: This is a nice store with a nice selection of clothing. But dont expect good customer service here at this location. As another reviewer said, and its true; the staff doesnt welcome you in upon entering or really engage you while you shop. The cashiers are often grumpy and somewhat rude and they never ever thank you for waiting after you wait in line a long time to purchase. Ive been here many times and I always just experience mediocre service here. I only come back because esthetically its a nice store to shop in and because I have loved the Express brand for 20 plus years but the staff is not friendly at all.
