Theyve made poor staffing decisions, and its evident in the subpar customer service. Ive had two disappointing experiences with the staff, including with a manager who seems to be the root of the problem. Despite numerous negative reviews highlighting the same issues, the company appears to be more interested in retaining this manager than in addressing customer concerns. It seems the company is stuck on repeat, offering the same tired response to every review without ever taking steps to actually fix the problem. As a result, Ive decided to stop supporting this brand.
