Bella was ready to help and attentive when it came to clothing sizes and helping me locate items, while Krina was knowledgeable on all the items that I asked about, including the newer box fit tees that I was trying on. I will be back!

Michael Kiersten and Kerri are the best people ever to help me out I felt like I had personal stylists. highly recommend going to see them and checking out what high-quality products they have here.

1 /5 Bongo Nev: Tried to return a skirt that had no issues other than the tag not being on it (I had the tag and receipt in hand) and they wouldn’t allow it. It was my first ever purchase from this store and they were no help in the return process. Never buying from them again. Their pricing is also too high for the quality of skirt purchased.

1 /5 Ramon Rios: The staff at the Express Outlet Store in Melbourne FL are very rude and un-professional. Especially Lindsey, they target certain people and follow them around the store like if they are going to steal from the store. They have 2 entrances but most of time one of them is closed which is technically a fire hazard. Someone should report them to the fire marshal. The staff is not helpful and the prices are overpriced compared to the online and the regular Express Stores. That’s kind of ridiculous since they are a factory outlet and supposedly their prices should be better. The quality of their clothing is poor compared to the regular Express store. When asked they basically said if you don’t like the prices, shop online. I feel discriminated every time I go in there. They make rude remarks in front of their customers and don’t care because they are not held accountable for their behavior. Next time, you go in there. Pay attention and you will see what I mean.

1 /5 B: The staff here is so rude and unprofessional, they pick and choose who they greet, which seems to be racially motivated. If you’re not White, they won’t speak to you unless you’re checking out and they’re forced to. The store is always empty and now I see why, The girls that work in here do not fit the look of express, they are sloppy and hair is unkept. Hire women that actually want to do their job and aren’t racist. Go to the express in Orlando! Much better customer service.
